Great job on carpet cleaning, very thorough and cleaned edge to edge including hall and closets.

They did an outstanding job. It had been awhile since the grout had been cleaned and they made look like new.

Very professional, timely, friendly. They came out for a free estimate then performed the work within a few days (could have been sooner had my schedule allowed). The 11 year old carpet looks great and the house smelled wonderful. They use a spinning brush machine that seemed to really get out the dirt better than other companies we have tried. They were the most reasonable in price along with seeming to have the most satisfied customers on quality... Several people I know have used them. We will definitely be using them again.

Great! I had to do a quick turn-around on a rental house, and they were able to accommodate me with two day's notice. They carpets looked spectacular when they were done. They gave me the Angie's List discount that includes the scotchguard. I have always had good experiences with these guys.

We had Bolden’s Cleaners come out. We had a sump pump failure. They came out the night before Father’s Day, I think was on the 18th of June. They came out about 7 or 8 o-clock at night, on a Saturday night. They performed all suction of the water. We had gotten the sump pump to eventually work, so all they were doing was specifically soaking up the 2 inches to 1 ½ inches of water that had gone throughout our whole entire basement. They had a device to suction the floor that you stand on/ride on and were able to suction it out and then they brought in 25 fans. They did remediation, treatment for mold immediately just in case, even though it had just happened, then left 25 fans to dry up the remaining.

They were responsive to clean a coffee spill on our white rug. They cleaned our carpet two weeks earlier, but accidents happen. When I called on Saturday, they were able to fit us in on the following Monday. The service expert always calls when he is 30 minutes out; that is very helpful. The entire area was cleaned- completely!

Absolutely fantastic! Really beyond our expectations. As a background, we are renovating our bathroom and in doing so, soiled the carpets on the way there quite heavily... drywall pieces/dust, cement, sawdust, etc. Matt really took the time to make the carpets look and feel new again. We really considered NOT cleaning the carpets and replacing them because they got so soiled. Congratulations to Matt for a job well done and to Boldens consistently exceeding our expectations .

We had a leak from the toilet and didn't notice it until the water had spread to the carpets in the rooms on either side of the bathroom. We weren't sure if water needed to be extracted or if fans alone would do the job. Tony came out to our condo himself within 30 minutes of my call. He used his water detector to check the floor, carpeting, padding, walls, etc. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, polite, and extremely helpful! He said that he could set up his big fans for us if we wanted, but that the amount of water was small enough that we could dry it ourselves with fans. He described for us exactly what to do and said if we had questions, or if we changed our minds and wanted him to do the job to give him a call! What an honest man!!! There was no charge for his assessment and advice. We will definitely use his company for any work in the future that we may need!

Carpets look great. So fluffy that I don't want anyone to walk on them. Got some tough stains out. Gentlemen was very nice and courteous. Scheduling the appointment was a good experience as well. They come out and give estimate based on square foot vs. number of rooms like other cleaning companies you hear about on the radio and commercials. I like the approach as it is more fair and much more reasonsable price. Will definitely use again.

Great. Tony arrived at my house within 2 hours of when I first called the office. He quickly assessed the problem, and when I asked him how much it was, he said "nothing. call me when you need something." Great service, since almost any home service provider will charge a minimum trip charge, even if they are at your house only 2 minutes. He was here about 20 minutes, did a thorough assessment that told me exactly what I wanted to know (and probably will save me several thousand dollars), and didn't charge anything. Plus, he was extremely pleasant. It is easy to see why they have won multiple "super service" awards.

I continue to be exceptionally pleased with this company.

Great, at first didn't like the idea that they wanted to come out prior to scheduling thought it would be a sales pitch. It actually turned out great, they do the pre-cleaning appointment to know what you are looking for and it's not a sales pitch. Scheduling was a breeze, they did an outstanding job and will use again.

They are very prompt, we have two big dogs and when they have an accident they will come right out and clean it before the carpet is ruined. They will pick up and deliver area rugs. They are very professional and the results are always good.

They were very prompt. I called 3 restoration places and didn't get a live person with the 3 calls. I left a message with each one and they returned the call within 5 minutes. The guy was out here in an hour and a half, and they are 45 minutes away. They did the work very efficiently and reasonably priced. They really were right there. My basement carpet was wet and the drywall was a bit wet. We had many rainstorms but one day, there was a rainstorm in the morning and it was torrential rain and then it stopped, and then there was another torrential rain in the afternoon, and the ground was so saturated that the rain in the afternoon just flooded my basement. Everything that they did was professional. They were prompt, they always called when they were coming over, and did the work quickly and reasonably.

Dustin was professional and prompt. He did an excellent job on carpets that had gone to long between cleanings.

We've used them for 20 years. Scheduling is easy and the work looks really good. The crew always tells me exactly what they're going to do and they are very efficient. When we had pets, they were always contentious of our animals and they are respectful of our property. They remove a lot of the moisture from the carpets, so it dries faster.
