Description of Work: Bob Bonner is truly the maestro of piano tuning. This cheerful, soft spoken gentleman arrived with two small suitcases and went directly to work on our 75 year old Everett spinet. I hired Bonner Piano Service as a Christmas gift to my wife. We sat on the couch watching and talking to Bob throughout the hour long tuning. We look forward having Bob back next year.

Description of Work: This was the third time we have used Bolden Cleaning Service for having carpets cleaned. We have a small, older dog that has accidents, and we have general wear on the floors. Bolden's is great about treating and removing spots. The carpets always look newer when Bolden leaves. The men that have done the work have always been friendly, professional and will give us advice on keeping traffic areas cleaner, or how to remove various hard to remove spots until they return.

Description of Work: I called to ask about them doing some carpet repair -- coffee stain -- and was told by them that they did not personally do that type work, but gave me the name of the man they used. We called him, he came & gave us a very reasonable estimate and then returned another day to do the job. Did excellent work for a very small price, in comparison to replacing an entire room of carpet.

Description of Work: As a result of the The Great Northside Flood of June 20, 2011, our basement flooded to about 5". Bolden's was very responsive. Their equipment and personnel combined to dry the place out as quickly as we could possibly expect. The several Bolden's team members with whom we dealt were unfailingly pleasant, accommodating, and professional. Since we know Bolden's from other projects for friends and family, we were not surprised. We were, as always, very pleased, and can't imagine using anyone else for this (one-time, we hope) task OR for the excellent job they do frequently in cleaning our (just dirty, not wet) carpets.

Description of Work: Excellent service and results. The service man (James) was very professional and explained everything. The price was much less than that of other carpet cleaners I have hired. The company honored Angie's coupons which was a big reduction. I will re-hire them again without hesitation and will recommend them to my friends.

Description of Work: We've had problems with our walkout basement getting water in it, and we hired Bolden's to try to fix the carpet. There is an old saying "if your only tool is a hammer every problem is a nail," and these guys have one way they do carpets. When they did it it caused a bunch of stuff that was down lower to come up and it looked like the edge of a lake with a bunch of stuff around it. We called them up and they came back out and did it again with no additional charge. I finally spent about 4 hours down there spraying stuff and I finally got the carpet cleaned. They just seemed to have one level of which they clean carpets and for the problems I had they were not satisfactory. They were punctual, they just didn't do what I needed to have done.

Description of Work: The representative cleaned all the carpets I asked him to. He also did a small additional area at no charge. He removed a very stubborn spot on our living room carpet. He supplied his own water tank and all other supplies. He was very courteous and explained everything. Also he gave the maximum number of discounts and detailed all those on his bill.
