They spent a lot of time on my carpet and couch and did a good job. Their prices were also good.

A very personable sales representative evaluated the job and gave us an attractive price estimate. Stephen arrived on time and finished within the time estimated by the salesman. One problem occurred. After their leaving, I noticed a sizable oil spill on the driveway. Once notified, they corrected the problem immediately.

They came out to give us an estimate which included measuring each room. Other carpet cleaners that I have had gave me an estimate on the phone without even knowing the size of the areas. They explained what they would do and what we could do to reduce the charge by 20% (move small items off of tables). They called in to schedule the day that we wanted. When they came to do the cleaning, they were a little early and again explained everything. They covered our hardwood floors. The carpets looked very clean. They were very professional and we were extremely satisfied.

Between my dog, my kids and my husband they did a great job. I would recommend them to anybody, they did an outstanding job.

The cleaning job was fabulous, and the serviceman, Stephen, was professional, friendly, informative and very thorough. I would recommend Bolden's to anyone. They cleaned the office where I work and did an outstanding job there also. I turned in a report to Angie's list on that spectacular job also.

Did a very nice job. Took 30 minutes to explain to me the process of their cleaning system and another 2 hours to complete the work. I have hired other companies to clean our carpet and have never been satisfied b/c stains seem to come back and the carpet is wet for a while and then is stiff. Our entire carpet was dry within two to three hours, the stains did not return, the carpet was soft and the cleaner was upfront about the dark black marks along the woodwork (it wouldn't come out). They used a large rotating cleaner hooked up to a large truck instead of the ''wands'' that other companies use. I believe that made a difference.

They were fabulous. Their personnel was excellent. They were on time.

Did an outstanding job, far exceeding our expectation. One room in particular had very soiled white carpet (from a teenager). Even though I was warned it may not all come out in this room, it came out looking like new!

They are very professional and very careful w/ my furniture and belongings. They were excellent about the follow up.

The company employees, including the technicians, were very polite, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. We are extremely happy with the work that was performed, and definitely will use them as our future carpet cleaners again.

The crew was excellent. The team arrived within hours of our first call and everyone was very helpful. The basement was checked daily during the drying process. Everyone at Bolden's did a great job.

It was a positive experience. They did what they said they would do. They were helpful.

They gave me the bill and had upped the price $30 and there was a $20 discount, which had me paying them $10 dollars more than the quoted price. They did a good job but they cheated me.

They returned our call in the middle of the night, 2 technicians did and were very sympathies to our trouble. They were at our home first thing in the morning and checked in daily to make sure everything was going as well as it could. They were punctual, polite, caring and worked very hard to restore our home to its original condition.

I AM COMPARING THEM TO ANOTHER CARPET CLEANING COMPANY, A FRIEND HAD RECOMMEND THEM AND THERE IS NOTHING THAT IMPRESSIVE ABOUT THEIR WORK. THEY WERE A LOT HIGHER, ALMOST A 1/3 HIGHER THAN PREVIOUS COMPANIES I HAVE USED.

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I'VE USED BOLDENS AND WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL ABOUT THEIR JOB. THE FURNITURE LOOKS GREAT, AND ALMOST ALL SPOTS WERE REMOVED. THE FURNITURE IS CREAM COLORED AND IS 10 YEARS OLD AT LEAST. IT ALSO GETS WORN BY PRESCHOOL TRIPLETS DAY IN AND DAY OUT, SO IT GETS DIRTY FAST. THE SPOTS THAT WERE NOT COMPLETELY REMOVED WERE SPOTS UNABLE TO BE COMPLETELY REMOVED IN THE PAST AND IS DUE TO THE FACT THAT IT'S BEEN WORN ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE FABRIC AND CANNOT BE COMPLETELY REMOVED. BUT WHAT REMAINS IS PRETTY SMALL.

ANDY WAS PROMPT AND VERY EFFICIENT. IN 90 MINUTES, HE HAD COMPLETED HIS TASK PROFESSIONALLY. GIVEN THE SCOPE OF THE WORK, THEY DID AGREE TO COME TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF MARION COUNTY FOR WHICH I WAS GRATEFUL. BECAUSE OF A HIGH RECOMMENDATION , I DID NOT GET ESTIMATES FROM OTHER FIRMS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

PEOPLE I TALKED WITH ON PHONE WERE ALSO VERY PERSONABLE. PRICE WAS HIGHER THAN OTHERS, BUT THEY DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB WITH A SUPERIOR PRODUCT. THEY CAME BACK TO TOUCH UP THE WICKED STAINS AFTER ONE WEEK WITHOUT CHARGE OR HASSLE. USE THE BOLDEN BUCKS ON WEBSITE FOR $20 OFF, MOVE FURNITURE YOURSELF, AND HAVE OVER 1000 SQ FT DONE FOR THE VOLUME DISCOUNT.

VERY HONEST, TRIED TO CLEAN SAMPLE TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITY - EXPLAINED FULLY WHY THEY THOUGHT I MIGHT BE SATISFIED IF I SPENT MONEY TO DO JOB. DID NOT CHARGE FOR CLEANING OF CUSHION.

BOLDEN'S IS A REPEAT CO. IN OUR HOUSE. THEY SHOW UP ON TIME! THEY COME PREPARED! AND THEY DO A GREAT JOB! THIS TIME I EVEN HAD THE STEPS TREATED. THEY DON'T OVER SOAK CARPET, YOU AREN'T STEPPING ON DAMP FOR DAYS - JUST A FEW HRS. THEY ARE TOPS IN OUR BOOK!
