Bolden's Cleaning & Restoration Service

The last time that I used them they made a mistake on the bill. At the time I didn't realize it and they didn't either. However, soon after they sent me a check in the mail for a refund of the amount they overcharged me. I am always satisfied with their work. They are also able to get spots out that I never can. I will continue to use them and have even recommended them to others. I am also a Realtor and have used them on all of my houses as well.

Bolden's showed up 5 minutes early for our hour appointment. I showed them where we wanted cleaned and they handled the rest. I thought I was going to have to move the bed around for them to clean it, but they had equipment to handle it. Very professional worker. Work was great, all of our spots were cleaned up. Carpets look great and we were very happy!

We returned from vacation to find water spraying in one part of our basement, but never having had this happen before, had no idea how much damage there might be. The young man from Bolden's was professional, thorough, and honest. We ended up only needing to place fans in the area to thoroughly dry things out. We appreciate the fact that they did not try to sell us services we did not need; if we should ever need that kind of service in the future, we would definitely call Bolden's.

This is our first experience with Bolden's, and we would DEFINITELY use them again. James was very friendly and professional - he did a terrific job! He took great care to cover all of our hardwood floors so that they would not be damaged in the process. We have spent the time and money to clean our own carpets several times in the past -never again! We will definitely use Bolden's again.

They came the day after I called them, made an estimate, schedule an appointment for the following week & they came to perform the services very neatly.

They are awesome. Nick came out to do the work and on the way out he also cleaned some area rugs and also cleaned the back of my car.

We didn't use them because we never heard back from them for a quote.

We have used them prior to joining Angie's list. They were the first name we looked up to do the work. They looked up our previous record and gave an estimate from the previous work. Nick, the technician, showed up early. I showed him the areas and furniture to be cleaned. He then measured the areas and then showed to me the estimate with coupon's and discounts included. He said it would take until mid-afternoon to complete the work and he left at 3:00. We would use them again.

Arrived on time and went right to work. Pretreated stains. Had cat urine stains. Carpet came out very clean. About 80% of the urine stains came out, the odor was gone. I was satisfied with the job. Received discount on cleaning and free Teflon coating for being an Angie's List member.

Please see the above. I believe it is covered. Additionally, we did call for an estimate before the work was done. The rep arrived exactly on time and answered all questions my wife had for him in a manner satisfactory to her.

Overall, the cleaning was done well. Everything dried quickly and one stairway that was in pretty bad shape looks great. There was only one person, so it took quite a long time. Also the finish process (i.e., raking) left deep groves in my carpets (particularly the light colored ones). I had to sweep several times to get these out.

Receptionist friendly, got on the schedule within a few days. Nick Clark was prompt and called before arriving as asked. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. He did a great job and answered my questions thoroughly. Highly recommended. Will use them again!!

They were really good. One of our dogs got sick, and they were really good about sending someone out to spot clean before the guy came out the next day. That was real helpful.

From the first call this company was professional, efficient and most accommodating. Joe came out and did a great job of estimating the job. Nick did an amazing job on the rec room carpet which had numerous stains from lots of teen usage and an old dog. One of the area rugs was to be spot cleaned, but he decided to go ahead and clean it all and didn't charge extra. He worked very hard and did a wonderful job. The sofa and chairs have new life. I would definitely hire them again. I had used another company and they charged almost the same for half the work.

They did exactly what i wanted them to do. They did not soak the carpet so it was dry in 24 hrs which i really liked. They took care of certain spots I pointed out and I would certainly use them again.

Great job and a fair price. They gave us a discount for moving small items out of the room and gave us free Teflon protection for being a member of Angie's List. They also gave us a discount for one of their coupons.

Operator (Nick) arrived on time and confirmed areas to be cleaned. He was here for three hours and did a very thorough job. I was very happy with the final result. There was a 20% discount if customer removes chairs, tables, lamps etc., and an Angie's List coupon for additional $ off.

Did and excellent job. Carpets look wonderful and very thorough. My carpets are 20 years old and you cant tell very professional and very polite. He was on time, very prompt and professionally dressed.

We have had them here two or three times & they have always done a good job. They do have one employee that I always request because he is excellent, but all of their other employees are great as well. They come in & take care of everything while staying out of your hair. I have had a great experience with this company.

They came out to the house the same day that they were called about our basement flooding. As soon as it stopped raining, they came out and extracted all the water, put the furniture up on blocks, brought in fans and dehumidifiers. They came to the house everyday to check on things. When everything was dry, they came out and got all the equipment. A few days later, they shampooed the carpet and moved everything but the TV back in place. They came out several days later to move the TV back. The emergency visit, the extraction, bringing in equipment was all done while we were out of town. They accepted the signature of our neighbors on the contract, so they could begin the work. We talked with them on the phone and they were very helpful and understanding.

Went well. The representative of the company was very nice. He gave me good news about my carpet. His minimum to come to my house was less than the carpet company I usually use.
