Bolden's Cleaning & Restoration Service

I have to say, I have never been happier with a service company than I have with Bolden's. Two female employees arrived on time to clean my carpet as planned. I was a little behind in picking up the kid mess, but they were nice and patient about it and even gave me a little help!! The carpet was quite soiled from the amount we use the room, kids and dogs and cats and food..yuk! The carpet had also been wet earlier in June when we had so much rain so it was a little smelly. The cleaning was thorough and completed in a timely fashion. Big furniture pieces were moved to clean underneath. I was very, very impressed with the way the room was left. After the carpet dried, the rug literally looks like new(it is 5 years old). When carpet was drying a nasty odor pervaded the downstairs. I called Bolden's, as I do have animals, and a formerly wet Berber carpet that "off gases" when wet. They sent a restoration specialist out the following evening and he did a black light evaluation of my floor for pet stains. We determined, after about a half hour of careful evaluation, that the smell was arising from my old couch. Where the dog had slightly torn the upholstery, the cat must have had a party. I was not charged for the call, and the couch is out. The room smells as sweet as they left it. I was VERY impressed with the whole operation...from scheduling to cleaning to results to special services. I would highly recommend them again and will definitely use them again.

They do a terrific job. They are careful to not get chemicals into carpeted areas they are not supposed to be cleaning. They will call if they are running late. They will help move furniture if it needs to be moved. They provide really good customer service over the phone. The gentlemen who clean the carpets do a wonderful job cleaning the carpets.

They were on time, very professional. I was comfortable to leave them in the house while I went to work. I arrived home with all the doors locked and everything cleaned. One of the spots didn't come clean and they returned within a few days to retreat the stain.

The technicians who came the first day were very knowledgeable and work well together and around the plumber. The technician who removed the equipment did not put the refrigerator back in place or put the wood pieces to the crawl space back in place.

Companies like this restore your faith in service providers. They were unbelievably fantastic. They leave the carpets looking great and they are courteous clean and respectful and if they move stuff they put it right back where it is supposed to go.

Their service is great. I highly recommend them. They are professional and courteous.

My wife was here whenever they came to do the work and she has enjoyed their company and their work. They were extremely nice and did their work very quick.

They seem to be reasonable. They show up on time and do a good job. They even move the larger furniture to clean underneath. We will continue to use them when needed and would recommend them to others.

They are really good, and I have been pleased with them each time. They did a nice job, and they are very professional. I have not compared prices, but they seem to be very reasonably priced.

Arrived promptly at 8:30AM, finished at 10:30AM. Carpet looks great, and tile and grout look new. Tech was professional and very polite. Will use them in the future.

They try to send the same person each time and tell me the persons name they are sending. It use to be owned by a family. They are on time and do a good job.

Tony surveyed the job and made the quote. He's a very pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient and competent and we'll use them again. We're very pleased with the results and the price.

They were just great. There was an issue with scheduling, there van broke down and they called me and explained the situation and asked if I would mind if they rescheduled. We rescheduled for the next week and they came out and were fast, thorough and pleasant. From start to finish they were very customer service oriented.

They were prompt. They protected the area around where they were working, they did a good job. The cleaning that they did has lasted for more than a year now.

They were very professional and explained how long and what was needed to save our new carpet and drywall. They came on a daily basis to check the progress of drying and redirected the fans as needed. Once everything was dry, they came back to clean the carpet and it looks like nothing ever happened.

It was an excellent experience. They came out in the middle of the night. They were extremely professional and responsive. They gave me an estimate and the price was reasonable. I did find their contract to be confusing, which was a bit of an issue.

They are professional and on time. I've used them several times. They are good at getting stains out.

Cleaned one wool carpet at my home, took 3 carpets to the shop to be cleaned. Cleaned a goose down filled sofa. Excelllant job, the tech was very careful with the sofa, did a great job.

Bolden's responded promptly to my request for an estimate and when I decided to have them perform the work, they were able to schedule a time that worked well for me. They called prior to coming to let me know they were running ahead of schedule if I wanted them to come early. The technician was polite and hardworking. My Carpet looks great!

The project went extremely well from start to finish.....very punctual and thorough.

I called on a Wednesday and was able to get scheduled for two days later on a Friday. I realized late Thursday that I had a scheduling conflict for Friday afternoon and left a message on their machine. They called me back Friday morning, said they got the message, no problem with re-scheduling and I was able to do that for the following Wednesday. They arrived exactly on time, took approximately one hour and my chair looks absolutely fabulous. It had not been cleaned in over 10 years and there was no way I thought they could get some of the ugly stuff out... but they did. I had been thinking about getting rid of the chair... not now! They were professional, prompt and provided a good result.

Excellent customer service from the appointment for an estimate to the actual work. Everyone was pleasant, on time, professional, and knowledgeable. The work was completed in a reasonable time and it fully met my expectations. This is the type of service every company should strive to achieve.
