Went well. There were no harsh chemicals used and no odors. A few places required a little longer to dry than the 24 hours they recommended because it was very rainy and humid outside right after they cleaned the carpets. This was not a problem.

They're a bit pricier, but with coupons it brings the price down and they work with you and the service is affordable. My kitchen floors have never looked so good. When they left I KNEW my floor had been scrubbed. They didn't miss a thing. They were excellent.

Technician did a great job! Boldens is more expensive than your run of the mill carpet cleaners, but they do a fantastic job. The carpets are clean, seem to stay clean longer, and they aren't soaking wet when they're finished. Have used them multiple times and will continue to do so.

Had a simple clean done for our office. They did a good job. Didn't have much luck on 2 stains, but we weren't suprised...the stains were rather old. Price was comparable to other companies, hours were flexible, and both office and field employees that we dealt with were great! We would hire them again.

they came, ripped up the carpet, and placed fans within hours and there was no damage to the drywall because of it.

They arrived on time, they measured each of the rooms and gave me a price. They proceeded to clean the rooms requested, it took about 90 minutes from start to finish. They did a very good job of getting some stains out of the carpet. I was very satisfied with the work. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

He assessed my carpeting with the large stains and the wear. The technician told me that he was not sure they could get the stains up and he was certain he could not raise the nap of the carpet. I really needed a professional opinion, as I had just purchased this home and wasn't sure whether I should remove the carpet or clean it. As a result of his opinion I decided to replace it.

My last experience was excellent. That was a while ago. At that point price was not critical. We just wanted to get the job done.

Took most of the day. Did 3 floors of carpet cleaning in walking areas, treated and cleaned around baseboards that were black from furnace and candle burning through the years, and cleaned 2 white rockers. Everything came out beautifully and they took great care to work around all our things. There was one spot that did not come clean on the carpet, and they came back in a few days to redo that area, which did come clean with the second treatment. On time company, kind, and very good at what they do.

Very professional. They charge by the square foot. I was offered an appointment with an estimator who arrived when he was expected, measured all surfaces to be cleaned and explained their pricing and discounts. The cleaning techs arrived a bit early, which was better for me, and thoroughly cleaned my carpets. They gave me an estimate as to when all carpets would be dry and when I could replace the items I had removed. They also called a few days later to see if the service was satisfactory. I would definitely use them again and recommend them. Ordinary dirt was completely gone. Several longstanding (years) very small stains in 2 rooms were considerably lighter.

The worker came out and laid out 2 options. One was more work for us but would cost much less. He other was having them remove the excess water. We choose the lower cost option and I appreciate the honesty of not over selling us anything. Great responsiveness too!

If I have a problem they wont let up until they solve it. I have one carpet that had undetermined fibers, so they took it back to the shop and worked on it until it was perfect. They have also steamed cleaned my carpets and did a tremendous job.
