They came in as scheduled. They were very punctual and good about calling and scheduling. They were responsive and focused on their work. They went straight to the job and were very helpful.

They are here, efficient and professional. We always use Dave and he's excellent. They do what they say they will do. He was honest. I've been using them for the past 10 years.

They did a great job. They got out all spots and stains. The carpet return to it's original color from a dingy gray to a sea green. It was 1712 suare feet. That would have total $684. After several discounts including Angie's List I got it for $511.06. Because of Angie's List I got free Scotch Guard valued at $171.20.

Wonderful. Brian showed up on time as promised. He worked very hard for more than 4 hours, did a thorough job and took a great deal of care and concern of my furniture and woodwork areas. Carpets had several spots which he was able to remove and my 10 year old carpet feels like new again.

They were excellent. They were on time and went right to it. I had some spots on my carpet that I could not off and could not no matter what I tried and they cleaned it and it looked better than they had. They also cleaned the floor and removed a stain on the rug. I choose them because they had rotary cleaner that did a really good job. I had them come out and give me an estimate and I told them that I would let them know when I was ready. They also gave me a discount.

They were very thorough. They did a very good job. They cleaned up all of the mess and carpeting. Unfortunately we hadn't even signed the papers on the house when a pipe broke in our finished basement. They did a super job! I thought they were excellent! It involved more than one day, because they had to put dryers in. They had to come back in a couple of days when it was all dried out to do the cleaning. They left the place spic and span.

He came on time and did a very thorough job. His pricing was fair as well. The quality of his work was good and I was satisfied with his service.

They came over very quickly, pulled back all the carpeting, cut all the padding and drag it upstairs. They also sent somebody over the put everything back, so, everything went well. They were very nice and came over a couple of times to check.

My wife had them do the carpets, and they did a good job on that. When I came home, the carpets were clean.

Nick arrived right on time and got right to work. He was very friendly and professional from start to finish. Gave me good instructions on what to do - being careful to keep furniture on the blocks until the carpet fully dried, be careful when traveling from wet carpet onto tile floor to avoid slipping, etc. I was most concerned about the pet stains left by our cat. He treated the areas, being very careful around our bookcases. He even gave me tips on what to do after he left. The rooms both smell wonderful and look like new. Now here's the "above and beyond" award...I was about to leave and take my daughter to guitar lessons when we discovered I had a flat tire. I came back into the house to call for a ride for her, and Nick quickly offered to help change the tire!! After the carpet cleaning was done, he helped me change the tire to the spare...I was worried it would make him late to his next appointment, but he insisted that he was running early. He absolutely did not need to do that, but I can't tell you how much I appreciate that he did!! He's my hero!!

Oustanding work and very professional.

When I called to schedule, the phone was answered promptly and politely, and they were happy to schedule the cleaning according to my schedule. The young man that cleaned the carpet was very polite and worked quickly and efficiently. Before he left, he also worked up an estimate for cleaning my upstairs rooms. I am very pleased with the outcome. I will use this company from now on.

Very professional. They forgot to write down one of the rooms on the quote so they cleaned it for free because it was their mistake. Came back when I was not completely satisfied with one of the bedrooms. Very concerned with making me happy. I would only use Boldens from now on because they are honest and reliable. I am a customer for life!
