We can't say enough about the company or their service tech, Nick. On time, affordable, professional and knowledgeable; expectations were completely exceeded. I doubted the carpet was even salvageable, and seriously considered just replacing. Nick got the heavily soiled areas of the carpet COMPLEATLY clean. It looks brand new!!! Also, the final bill was lower than the initial estimate. I'd recommend asking for Nick by name.

It is a one person crew. It was the first time I used them. They did a great job. It took thm about 3 hours. They put the furniture back in place when they were done. It was good, and the carpets were clean before my mother n' law came.

Absolutely spotless and the house smells very nice and clean as well. Staff was courteous and worked continuously for 4 hours. They also took great care of making sure all my knick knacks were dusted.

carpets look great.......area rugs look better than they have since they were new.....used Angies List coupon and got scotch guard included at no extra cost........called for estimate and they were out right away to give quote then were able to come same week to clean carpets.

They provided an estimate and were to the point. They were on time and on task. He was very accommodating, worked very hard and did a great job. It was a very professional experience with positive results. I was very pleased with them.

When I called to get an estimate, the gentleman on the phone was very polite and easy to work with. He gave me a very specific estimate, and then saved my information so when I called back to schedule, it was all in the computer already. The technician called to say he was done with the previous job early, and could he come over. He was there promptly, and explained everything he was going to do. He then got to work, and was more than willing to answer any questions I had. They willingly came back the next week to re-clean some pet stains from the previous owner, and they were successful in removing them.

We have used this company before and are very pleased with the outcome once again. They are prompt and courteous. Nick is a great technician and would highly recommend him. Always great service by this company.

They did a great job. We received a substantial discount for moving our own "small stuff" off the floors, and that was really nice. They were recommended to us by a friend and I'm glad we followed through by using them. We will use them again.

They showed up EXACTLY on time - an unusual but very pleasant experience for us! We had removed all the furniture so the technician was able to start cleaning immediately and completed the entire job 1 hour later. We were a bit surprised to discover that the actual charge was $30 more than the quoted estimate of $160 (based on the sq ft I provided which was more than the actual measurement done by the technician). Only because Bolden's came so highly recommended did we agree to have them complete the job despite the variation in price. The carpet (which was 4 years old and used only as a vacation home) was totally dry in 18 hours or less but we waited the recommended 24 hours b/4 placing furniture back in place. They were able to clean smack up to the baseboard (other companies always seem have problems cleaning that close). I would absolutely use them again - they were totally professional and the completed job was excellent.

It was an overall great experience. Chris came out with an assistant within 36 hours of my initial contact for an estimate. He was very up front in saying that I'd done the majority of what they do in terms of drying out the area. I always find it very telling when a company does not push their services on you, but genuinely attempts to help you solve your problem. He gave me some tips on how to dry things out even better, confirmed that mold would not be an issue, and even left a tool that would help me execute on some of the suggestions he provided. He checked for water in the rest of the basement, helped pinpoint where the issue was coming from, and charged absolutely nothing to do so. It was a great experience and I would use them again if I ever had water trouble.

The technician arrived on time and did his job very well and quickly. The cleaning is thorough and our carpet looks great! I do wish I would have had an estimate done prior to cleaning, because I did pay a bit more than I had budgeted. But the quality of the work is great.

We hadn't had our carpet cleaned in awhile so I called Boldens who had a very good rating on Angie's List as well as a coupon. They were very polite and worked quickly. The carpet turned out very nicely. We were very pleased with their work.

I had a mailed quote from a nationally owned company and called that and discovered that I would not be able to schedule an appt-but a half day window of time...I decided to check Angies list for a locally owned company, and called Boldens...they answered phone and gave a quote that matched the mail out price and set appt ( they asked for a one hr window). They came at time set and were exrremely professional and cleaned up next to base boards as well as room interior. I am very pleased with the way it looks-brand new-and will use them again!

It was a great experience. They arrived on time, were very efficient and friendly. They worked hard to get out the stained area and spent extra time on the heavy traffic areas. When they left, the carpet looked fantastic.

Bolden was recommended by two friends. They were reasonable, scheduled the job within a week of the estimate and our carpets looked almost like new. The gentleman who did the work explained what he was doing and was courteous. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again.

They were here 5 minutes early and worked for a solid 4.5 hours. They were able to get out all stains and the carpet looks great.

Our dining room area rug had a large glass of red wine spattered across it. The rug is wool and nothing took the red stain out plus our puppy had gotten ink on the rug in one spot after chewing a pen. Bolden came, picked up the rug and took it back to Noblesvile. They needed to dip the rug. When we got the rug back, it looked better than new. I thought I would have to get a new rug but not only did they get out the wine and ink, they also removed some old dog stains. Thank you Bolden, for the good job.
