The price quoted for the job was reasonable, but the quality of the result was poor. After the cleaning, there were noticeable strips on the carpet along the wall edges where the machine was unable to clean. There was no attention to these areas to correct the problem. Also there was overspray that got onto the painted wall surfaces and made discolorations which could not be cleaned. It would have been better to have not ordered this cleaning service.

Overall, the experience has been very fine. They’re a good company and very professional and we’re planning to use them again in the future.

I am extremely satisfied with work performed. They were able to have a crew out within a short period of time even though it was Sunday evening and they had several calls due to the weather. The crew showed up and went straight to work. They were very efficient and I am very pleased with the work that has been done and the equipment used to clean the mess. I received 3 quotes from Angies list of carpet cleaning services. Boldens was competitive with all but was the most professional. Also offered a 20% discount if I removed items (lamps, decor) from tables and dressers. Also provided scotch guard free and the Angies List discount. They were able to remove pet stains in several areas. They were neat, professional. They gave me an estimate time it would take to clean and they met their time. They exceeded my expectations.

They did a great job! They were very courteous and professional and the carpets looked great. We had a couple of spots come back through and they took care of those right away.

The work went great, I was impressed with the tech's willingness to answer my questions, and keep the area near his hoses clean. They came back to touch up one room where the previous owner kept his dogs. I can't tell there were dogs there anymore. Would definitely use again.

The carpet was very dirty in the travel paths plus we had many children here for Thanksgiving and there were several spots of chocolate brownie. The gentleman who came was very professional and did a fantastic job of getting our carpets clean. A painting contractor who was here to make an estimate asked if the carpet was new - it looks that good. The price was very reasonable considering the amount of time and how hard he worked. In addition, a couple of weeks later, we received a refund of $11.80 stated to be an overcharge. We admire their honesty. We had no idea that there was an overcharge. Not many businesses would go this extra step and we appreciate it. We definitely will use them again.

I requested a quote for house cleaning services from Bolden's. They repsonded immediately to both my email and phone requests. I needed a quick response, yes or no, which Bolden's provided when others did not. I did not use the service simply due to timing/schedule constraints but would consider for the future. Pricing was competitive.

Outstanding service! The Bolden's employee who did the cleaning was polite, professional, and genuinely interested in meeting our needs. The Bolden's employee who did the cleaning provided a mail-in comment card when he left our home. My wife completed the comment card and returned it by mail. She indicated we were satisfied with the exception of a few areas that were noticed after the carpets dried. Within a few days, we received a call from Bolden's expressing their desire to make us completely happy. A follow up visit was promptely scheduled and the same employee who did the initial cleaning came to our home. He was gracious and understanding. He took care to do additional cleaning on these few spots, and now we are completely satisfied. Great job, great people, great company!

The chair is a red woven material, about 10 years old, and was soiled from my dog. The chair looks brand new! The carpets are very clean and I could walk on them within 24 hours. The just did an exceptional job! We thought we were going to have to replace the chair and now it looks good as new. They were on time and always explained things to me.

They do rug and carpet cleaning. I had a coupon that gave me $40.00 off. They are excellent. I have them come every time I need to have the carpets cleaned.

My husband and I decided to add to our family, so we adopted a dog from the Humane Society in October 2001. We were so excited to be able to provide a loving home to a dog in need. Well, our new family member was also excited about her new home and her new family, so much so that she developed a pretty bad case of separation anxiety. Because of this separation anxiety we found ourselves with lots of pet stains in our home. We contacted a number of companies in the area for price quotes, but Bolden's was the only company who offered to come to our house for a price quote. ($.32 per sq. ft. if we moved small furniture, $.40 per sq. ft. if they moved everything) I thought it was especially important for us to get an in person quote because of the pet stains. In doing my research for carpet cleaning I found that most companies charge extra for the pet stain treatment-Bolden's does not! Now, they will not guarantee the removal of pet stains (none of the companies I contacted would) but I'm very happy to say that they were able to remove almost all of them. A few of the stains are still visible, but they are much lighter than they were before. I expected this to be the case since both of the Bolden's employees (price quote and service technician) had explained that possibility to me. Another thing to note is that the standard machine Bolden's uses is much better than the regular "stick" or "wand" type of carpet steamer you are used to seeing. The Bolden's machine looks a little bit like a floor waxer and it cleans much better than those other types of machines. Other companies I contacted wanted $30 PER ROOM more for the use of this same machine! I was also very impressed with Bolden's furniture moving. My husband has a very large and very heavy desk that needed to be moved for cleaning. Because it was so heavy we didn't want the technician to move it-I was truly afraid he might hurt himself. It's that heavy! We moved the desk before the technician began and told him to let us know when he needed it moved back so he could clean the rest of the room. Well, when he came downstairs and told me the upstairs was finished I thought he meant that he was ready for us to move the desk. When I went into my husband's office I saw that he had already moved the desk back AND lifted it up onto foam blocks to protect the furniture from the wet carpet. WOW! Because we were Angie's list members we also used the coupon on the Bolden's page to get $20.00 off our total bill and FREE Scotchgard protectant for all areas that were cleaned. This equated to about $100 of savings for us! Overall I am EXTREMELY impressed with Bolden's and the service they provide. I will be singing their praises to anyone who will listen.

Excellent service. This is our second water disaster in our home and we used Bolden's both times. They were at my home within two hours of me calling, came over daily to inspect drying equipment and assess progress, and cleaned and removed all water-damage materials from my home. Very professional.

Last month we dropped off three area rugs to be cleaned and were very pleased with their work and professionalism.We had never used them to clean carpet in our home, set an appointment for today and asked if they could returnan oriental rug we had left there to be cleaned. Nick called to say he was running late and told us what time he wouldbe here and arrived as he said he would, bringing the rug as requested. He cleaned carpet in Great Room, Dining Room,Sunroom, also cleaning stairs and draperies.
