The technician arrived on time and was very polite. He cleaned the carpets in several rooms. The carpets looked wonderful when he was finished. I have used this company before and would certainly use them again in the future when I need to have my carpets clearned.

Every single person who worked in our house and on our job for over a week did an outstanding job. They were courteous, professional, and very nice! It really stinks when something like this happens, and they made the whole situation better and helped us get through it with as little aggravation as possible. I highly recomment using them!

When we called them, they came right out. They measured the water, gave us an estimate, and gave us a number of options on mitigation. We rented some equipment from them, they brought out the gear within 90 mins, and set everything up for us. It was GREAT service, and all we paid for was the equipment rental. Very prompt, professional and helpful. I would use them again.

I was very disappointed by the work done by Stanley Steemer 2 weeks ago ( see previous review) and after consulting Angie's List called Bolden's Cleaning and Restoration for help. The lady I spoke with, on my first contact, was very helpful and suggested a no obligation carpet patch test and estimate for the carpet areas with which I was unhappy. Nick came out, did a test patch and when I saw the results, I called to make an appointment for him to come back and do the 3 bedrooms and 4 closets. He came back this morning and has just completed the job. He is very knowledgable, prompt, and professional in his approach and work. The areas came out beautifully and I will not hesitate to use Bolden again and recommend them to any who need carpet cleaning services.

The service was fantastic. They worked us in on short notice. All the traffic marks and all stains were removed and the carpet looks new! Would highly recommend them.

They did a great job. It went really well.

Showed up on time, thoroughly cleaned all carpeted areas in our house (except for the basement). This is the second time we have used Bolden's since we moved in (they have cleaned once every 6 months). We have two dogs who have a rare accident on the floor and special attention was given to those areas. The urine stains vanished after Bolden's cleaned them.

They did a good job. Somebody had to come back out a second time and were here in a day or two. They were very careful with the woodwork and I would recommend them.

Their quote was very competitive and we were able to schedule a time later that week for the cleaning. Our basement carpet has taken a beating over the years, as it is the primary play space for our 3 children. I was amazed at the number of stains that our technician was able to get out. Almost all of the stains came out 100%. The entire carpet is brighter and cleaner. Very satisfied with the job. The only downside would be the drying time. We were assured by both the salesman and the technician that they would be dry within 24 hours and that we could move our furniture back then. We were entertaining that weekend, so when the 12 hour dry time came and the carpets were still soaked, we ran to a rental place and rented 2 large, industrial fans. We then spent the next 24 hours moving them around to dry the main walking areas for the party that was the next day. This worked - there was no way that carpet would have dried on its own.

Jay was the tech that came today. He explained exactly and in detail what he would do to remove stains and then clean carpet. He was very professional and meticulous. This is the second time I have used Bolden's to clean carpet in my home. I have also used them to clean oriental rugs (at their business. Over the years, I have used several other carpet cleaners, some not good and others just ok. Bolden's is by far the best!

He cleaned and raked our carpet. We have old carpet that appeared to be new carpet when he was done. We also have pets and he was able to make the carpet smell and appear fresh. We will definitely recommend them and have them again!

They are a little more expensive than other carpet cleaners but they are professional in every way and when they leave my carpets look and feel really clean. I have used them the last two times I've had my carpets cleaned and the quality of their service has been excellent.
