I had a leak coming from the master bath vent. Vendor replaced the vent with a new vent and re-shingled and sealed the vent. Roofers were professional and pleasant to work with.

work quality was very good. owners are responsive to concerns but disorganized. a very reasonable price, but took too long to complete the project. satisfied with the project once completed. i would use them again for other projects but insist on a deadline.

When work was performed they did a good job, the gutter look very good on the house. They are very slow to set schedule and keep to promised dates. They should call to let customer know when they are going to perform the work.

I filled out a request online Saturday March 30th looking for gutter repair work. Tony Hollcraft, the Sales/Marketing Director of B & H Professional Services called me the following day (Sunday, March 31st) to discuss my gutter issues. He came to my home on Monday April 1st and I told him what my gutter problems were and we came up with a plan. I contacted Tony on Wednesday April 3rd and told him that I received the needed part for my project and he and his worker came to my house and completed the agreed upon work (minus a part that was unforeseen.) B & H Professional Services were prompt, courteous and do quality work.

I am beyond impressed with this company. I started an online search for roofing contractors after encountering a drippy ceiling in the midde of winter and my phone rang, literally, 30 seconds after I submitted my contact information. The guys showed up the day after a big snowstorm and had completely replaced the back half of my roof within seven hours. Very friendly, on time, professional, efficient, and comparable pricing.
