Found snow in my attic. They came out same day that I made the call to assess the situation. Scheduled time for them to come back to complete the work. They were punctual, courteous and DIDN'T complain about climbing on the snow covered roof in the middle of winter to fix the problem! :)

The guy who gave the estimate and ordering the siding was not always responsive. I had to make contact 3 times after the initial estimate to see when the job would be completed. The siding was hard to locate. I I had to send him an estimate on the siding that he originally had sent to me because he no longer had it. When the crew arrived to do the repair, they opened the box and the siding was wrong. The crew went and found the right siding and managed to complete the repair with some of the pieces they removed from the house that were not damaged and the found scraps.
