She had B & H install gutter cover on her home in February. She has had trouble with 2 sections. They overflow into her crawl space and in front of the door. She has tried several times to contact them. They would never return her call. She finally reached Tony Holcroft today 8-31-17. She told him about her issues and he said wouldn't come out to look at them or fix them. She told him she was going to contact Home Advisor and let us know about the situation and he said didn't care and to fix it herself.

These guys came out and repaired the soffit and gutter hanging down on New Years Day. This house was an extra tall, Victorian style house. I was very impressed with their responsiveness. The repairs look fantastic.

I wanted my gate rehung and Tony actually rebuilt and rehung it and is now VERY sturdy and securely reattached for years to come!
