Description of Work: Gene and Dave have cleaned my chimney for years, but this time, I needed help with a clogged dryer vent. Dave snaked the vent from both the inside and outside of the house. He was thorough (really lots of lint!) and careful not to make a mess. Great job!

Description of Work: Checked fireplace chimney for blockage. We had used our gas logs and turned it off when there was an odor. We had the gas company out to check it and they said no gas leak, but the chimney must be blocked because the carbon monoxide was backing up into the house. They suggested we call a chimney sweep. Beck's found the chimney clear, but told us the vent had been closed. They did suggest we install a damper clip which we did. They were very careful and explained everything to us.
