THEY COULD NOT GUARANTEE MY QUOTE OVER THE PHONE. WHEN THE WORK WAS COMPLETE HE INCREASED THE PRICE DUE TO SOME DIFFICULTIES. I THOUGHT IT WAS A LITTLE UNREASONABLE.

THEY ARE VERY CLEAN AND NEAT. I REALLY LIKED THE FACT THAT THEY PUT A TARP DOWN AND LEFT EVERYTHING AS THE WAY THEY FOUND IT. I WOULD DEFINITELY HAVE THEM COME BACK AGAIN.

THEY OVERCHARGED FOR A CHIMNEY CAP BUT WERE VERY HELPFUL IN TELLING ME NOT TO TOUCH THE BIRDS NEST BECAUSE IT WAS A FEDERALLY PROTECTED CHIMNEY SWIFT.

VERY PLEASED. VERY HELPFUL AND GAVE ME SOME GOOD ADVICE. I HAD SOME SIMPLE WORK DONE. HOWEVER, MY DAMPER MECHANISM IS BROKEN. SINCE I HAVE YET TO MOVE INTO THE HOME, HE SUGGESTED WAITING TO REPLACE THE DAMPER UNTIL I HAVE SOME TIME TO USE THE FIREPLACE, BEFORE I SPEND $400 ON A COMPLETLY NEW ONE.
