Gene beck and his assistant were pleasant, quick, and very thorough

Excellent, courteous, professional and prompt. Everything that is important to me.

They called to check if it was ok to come early to their appointed time. Were quick and clean when completing the jobs and very polite through the whole process. Will probably have them back when the weather is warmer for some masonry repair on the chimney.

Dave was better than on time--he was early, but called to ask if that would be OK. He was pleasant, professional, left a spotless work area, and honest (advising against the need for a sweeping). New to the company, he didn't realize the company offered 10% senior discounts. When I called the Becks the following week, they promptly sent a check for the 10%.

Arrived on time - worked quickly, cleaned up completely afterwards. Had the opportunity to recommend additional work, but told us it was not required at this time.

Mr. Beck and his associate were very prompt, explained what he was about to do and proceeded to do what he had explained to myself and my wife. After the work was completed, Mr. Beck and his associate cleaned up both inside and outside. The work was very reasonable, and he gave some suggestions on how to keep our stove in good shape.

They were prompt and professional. No discount for Angie's List members.

GENE AND DAVE WERE ON TIME, COURTEOUS, AND CLEAN. THIS IS A VERY MESSY JOB. THE FIREPLACE IN THE FAMILY ROOM WAS CLEANED AND VACUUMED VERY NICELY. THEY ALSO EVALUATED THE MASONRY. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM ANNUALLY.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT, COURTEOUS, CLEAN, AND GOOD PRICE.

HE WAS EXCELLENT. HE GAVE ME A LOT OF ADVICE ABOUT HOW I USE THE FIREPLACE, AND HOW OFTEN I SHOULD HAVE IT CHECKED BASED ON MY USE. HE WAS SURE TO COVER EVERYTHING UP, AND CLEANED UP WELL. YOU COULDN'T EVEN TELL HE WAS THERE. CALLED PRIOR TO COMING OUT SO I COULD MEET THEM FOR THE APPOINTMENT, AND THEY WERE ON TIME.

We have used Beck's chimney sweep for 5 years and always call them back. They do good work, quickly, and are able to point out and do minor repairs on the fireplace right on the spot. They are exceedingly neat and tidy for a job that can easily make a big mess.

THE COMPANY WAS EASY TO CONTACT, THEY SCHEDULED PROMPTLY, THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, AND THEY COMPLETED THE WORK EFFICIENTLY.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND HIGH QUALITY WORK. BECK'S REMOVED A BIRD'S NEST AND INSTALLED CHIMNEY CAPS ON OUR FIREPLACE 3 YEARS AGO, AND WE HAVE USED HIM EVERY YEAR SINCE THEN TO INSPECT AND CLEAN OUR FIREPLACES. GENE BECK IS KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY, AND PROVIDES EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

WHEN WE CALLED, THEIR FIRST OPENING WASN'T FOR TWO WEEKS. WE THOUGHT THAT WAS A BIT SLOW, BUT NOT REALLY SURPRISING CONSIDERING THAT IT IS THE TIME OF YEAR WHEN LOTS OF PEOPLE BEGIN THINKING ABOUT THEIR FIREPLACES. THE COMPANY CALLED THE DAY BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT TO CONFIRM TIME AND ADDRESS. A NICE TOUCH. MR. BECK AND HIS ASSISTANT ARRIVED A FEW MINUTES EARLY AND COMPLETED THE WORK IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. THEY WERE VERY PERSONABLE, NEAT AND PROFESSIONAL. WE WILL USE THEM NEXT SPRING TO SEAL THE CHIMNEY CAP AND MOST LIKELY CALL THEM FOR FUTURE CHIMNEY CLEANINGS.

COMPANY REPS WERE PROMPT AND VERY NICE AND DID NOT TRY TO SELL ME SOMETHING I DIDN'T NEED WHICH I APPRECIATED.

VERY POLITE, NICE FOLKS. KEPT THE LIVING ROOM CLEAN DURING WORK. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

GENE BECK WAS ON TIME AND DID A VERY THOROUGH CLEANING OF OUR CHIMNEY. WE BURN A GREAT DEAL OF WOOD EACH YEAR SO THE CHIMNEY WAS VERY DIRTY. HE ALWAYS TAKES A GREAT DEAL OF CARE TO BE SURE HE CLEANS EVERYTHING. HE DID AN INSPECTION OF THE FIREPLACE, TUCKPOINTING AND MADE SUGGESTIONS OF HOW TO BEST CARE FOR THE FIREPLACE. I'VE USED HIM FOR YEARS AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO.

ON TIME, VERY NICE AND POLITE. SET UP A WHOLE SYSTEM TO CONTAIN ANY DUST OR DEBRIS FROM THE SWEEPING PROCESS. NICE AND THOROUGH WORK. WILL RECOMMEND THEM IN A HEART BEAT TO ANYBODY ELSE.

GENE AND HIS PARTNER VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY. CALLED AS REQUESTED BEFORE HAND. ON TIME, WORE SHOE COVERS AND OVERALLS, PUT DROP CLOTH ON CARPET, VERY CLEAN AND NEAT. EVEN TRIED TO MOVE BACK AN OTTOMAN THAT THEY MOVED, WANTED TO MAKE SURE IT WAS IN THE PROPER PLACE, TOLD HIM IT WAS OK, NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT. I HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM.

THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING. I GOT THEIR NAME OFF ANGIE'S LIST. I WAS ON A WAITING LIST. THEY CALLED YESTERDAY AND SAID THEY HAD A CANCELLATION. THEY WERE ABLE TO CLEAN MY CHIMNEY WITHOUT EVEN THE SLIGHTEST MESS ON MY CREAM COLORED CARPET. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL, NICE AND QUICK.
