Andy and worker that installed the fence were professional and easy to work with. Had one small issue and they were quick to respond. No problems throughout installation process.

Andy was very professional from start to finish...punctual, responsive, etc. We had a unique situation with a gate, and I could tell Andy was really thinking about a viable solution before they even started. This pre-planning helped the project go smooth.

They arrived on time and did a good job.

I called Awards Fence and one competitor. The representative from Awards contacted me and came out and provided me with an estimate on the same day. Awards' estimate was about $200 less than the competitior's estimate. The old fence was removed in one day and the new fence was installed over a two days time frame. The representative and the installer were exceptionally polite.

After speaking with several fence companies, we elected to have Awards install our PVC privacy fence. Their pricing was very competitive and we were impressed by the quality materials used in the project. Most impressive, however, was the level of communication when discussing the project. Andy did a good job of keep us informed of the timing for the project. Jan visited our house twice and go over every detail about the layout. The 2nd time included being out in horizontal snow, but he still took his time to make sure that we were happy with everything. Since this is our first fence, he helped us think about little things that we hadn't previously considered. Since the fence was installed on a newly built lot, Awards was flexible enough to put some temporary fencing up until the lot can be graded and have sod/seed put in. A good experience with this company and one that we would recommend to others.

I called to get a quote and Andy was willing to meet outside of normal business hours unlike any of the competition. He was very reasonable with his quote and walked through the whole process for me and answered any questions I had. We set a tentative date for the installation and the ball was in my court to get neighborhood and city approval which took longer than expected. Andy was very understanding and worked with me on the date. The posts were set on a Friday and the next Thursday and Friday the rest of the fence was built so the concrete had enough time to set properly.

.The guy that comes to give the estimate is very informative and there is no pressure to purchase anything but gives all the information you need to make a decision on what you want. The whole experience was excellent including the work. They had some problems with the landscaping but did not charge more even though they had to spend more time.

They were pretty good. They left kind of a mess, a lot of mud, so the clean up could have been better. However, they also worked in pouring rain.

The salesman Andy was constantly in contact with me throughout the project. There were several last minute changes that had to be made and both he and the installers worked with me to make sure everything was exactly as I requested. Even after the project was completed and my spouse noticed a very minor blemish on one panel of the fence, they immedately came back and made it right. Andy even pitched in and lowered a gate to my specifications after it was already installed. Even the installers were very polite and friendly and were a pleasure to talk to. I would have given him a higher rating on the price but my spouse picked out the most expensive product available and there was not much they could do, but they did the best they could. They were always prompt and professional.

they usually come when we're not home and submit a bill which is not very unreasonable. they always do a good job and leave the gate closed, which the golfers don't always do.

The installation was great. Shane did an excellent job working in the yard. Our house was a new construction and had sod that was installed three weeks earlier. He was careful to remove the dirt without damaging the yard. The post were set in one day. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate. Because of the rain it took a little longer to get the fence in, but once there was a break in the weather, Shane was back to install the stringers and picketts. We are very pleased and would certainly use Award again!

We obtained four quotes for this fence. Awards Fence was chosen based on a combination of price, flexibility, expertise and value. The job was to be completed after a landscaper was to fill a low spot in the yard, clear out an overgrown area and move a storage shed. This separate work occurred in fits and starts as wet weather caused several delays. Awards Fence rescheduled their work several times to allow the other contractor time to finish. Once fence construction began, it went very well. Posts were set and concrete given time to cure. Carpentry took two days to complete. Later in the summer, Awards Fence returned to replace several boards that had split. On their own, they also made adjustments to the two gates so they operated easily. Andy Mills was very responsive to our needs and good to work with. The carpenters were on the job during very hot days but kept a quick pace, completing the fence on time. We are extremely pleased with the work performed and the finished product.

Andy was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He did a terrific job of turning my wife and I's thoughts into a viable plan. While there was some time lag in getting the project started, it went very quickly after that. We were about 90% satisfied with the final product and he came out to discuss what we were not satisfied with (the quality of some of the wood used in sections of the fence). He was very responsive and had those sections replaced in a few days. I would not hesitate to work with this company again.

Dealing with Awards Fence was an awesome experience! Andy and Jan were both extremely responsive and bent over backwards to work with me. Jan came out twice to measure and get the final details before installation and then the day before they came out I decided I wanted to get a property survey to verify boundaries and prevent any issues with my neighbor. He had to come out once more to re-measure, but did not express any qualms about it. They were very flexible in their scheduling, even though I had caused the delay. They even provided the name of a land surveyor for me to use for the survey. They were great at communicating with the surveyor and the company I was giong to have the fence stained by so that everyone was working together to get the job done. I was having a party and wanted everything done before that time. I am extremely pleased with the quality of their work and the attention to detail. The fence looks great! I would highly recommend Awards Fence. August 2012 - I contacted Andy to advise that I noticed a few boards that were either bowed or split since the installation last year. They came out shortly thereafter, no questions asked, and replaced 13 boards on my fence at no charge. There was a year warranty and they delivered on that promise. Their workmanship was great; I'm sure it was just a defect with the boards that showed up over time. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend them. Thanks, Andy!

Fantastic service and installation. Had a few issues with our property, and they worked around or through them. Can't say enough positive things about them. Wouldn't hesitate to have them do additional work.

I chose them because they are licensed and bounded. When they came to drill a hole for the post, they attempted prior to mark everything. We had just bought the house. They marked all the utility and water and all that. Then they came out a week later and started drilling and punctured my sump pump line to life. It wasn't marked because it was a private line according to them. So they didn't pay for that repair. That's when I had our seat rescued to come out and gave me an estimate of $519 to dig for two hours and another half an hour for the repair. The fence itself is beautiful. It shows little more than what I expected because of that repair. They were on time. If they couldn't come out, then they let me know the next day they were going to be here. Overall I'm happy with them. The unexpected expense on top of that is what I'm not happy about. I would use them in the future.

I don't know how much we spent with them because my husband was the one who paid them. They were actually very helpful. Our deck is on the second floor. The previous owner had installed a hot tub up there and we wanted it removed. They told us to rent a forklift and they would take it down for us and they did. It was great because nobody else would take it down for us. The workers were good and they were efficient. They did a really good job on the deck. They had done some fencing for us the year before. While they were building the deck, they noticed that one of the boards had gotten pushed out on the fence and they fixed it for us. We didn't even ask them to do it. I would definitely recommend them. I don't remember the price, but I am sure they gave us a good price.

They came promptly, did an outstanding job, and they cleaned up beautifully.

We had a bit of a rough start with some miscommunication about a few things, but they made it right, and that is all anyone can do, I appreciate that in a business. The day they came to start the fence, I got bad news that my mother was in the hospital and I had to leave right away. The men were so kind to me as I fell apart in the drive way and told them what happened and they told me not to worry that they would take care of the fence, no problem. They even called me a few days later while I was caring for my mom 2 hours away and gave me an update and asked me a few questions about how I wanted the gate. I even got calls from my neighbors telling me how great the fenced looked before I got back home 10 days later. They not only did a great job on the fence, but they were kind to me in a crisis, which I so appreciated. It was nice to know I could leave and feel safe that all was taken care of. They even assured me that if I had any problems with the fence when I returned, they would be right out to make it right. I did not, it looks amazing. I would use them again and am glad I had their support when I needed it. Good job !

The job they did wasn't very good. It needs some repairs not but I didn't want them to do it because I wasn't happy with the work they did back then. The first thing they did was mis-measure. After they have they had the fence built I went out and measured it. I noticed the back side wasn't parallel with the property line, it was off by about 2 feet. My property is pretty rectangular, it's not exactly square it's more at an angle. I didn't notice it until after it was built and I thought it looked weird so I measured it. The second thing was they put the fence down on the ground and I asked about that because I thought it was supposed to be up off the ground a little so the moisture doesn't bother the bottom of the board. They said they thought I said I had a pet that I didn't want to get under the fence, but I didn't. So, now that's why I need repairs. The gates are near the ground and hard to open, you have to lift them up and they are heavy just to open them. They need the bottom trimmed off so at least they will open. I didn't have a problem with the price. They weren't very professional and they didn't measure correctly.

We received quotes from 3 companies and Awards had the best price. We scheduled the work for a month later and they came out on time and did a great job. Took them only 3-4 days to complete and it looks great. We have a small hill in the back yard and they didnt have a problem building the fence up the hill. We are very happy with it and would use them again.

Very professional, responsive and punctual. Spend a good deal of time assuring the fence was laid out exactly the way I wanted. Fence lines are perfect and look great. Very responsive to a couple of last minute issues/requests that I had. Would definitely use them again.

The fence is beautiful and they were great to work with! We worked with Andy Mills and he spent lots of time with us designing the fence and making sure we got exactly what we wanted. When the cost began to exceed our budget, he also worked with us to get it in a more comfortable range by offering us different options. Like I said, it was worth the wait and cost and I HIGHLY recommend this company. Their work is very high quality and a solid value for what you get.
