He was very good about following up and trying to get to the root of the issue. He wasn’t going to give up on it! Because of his engineering background it was a puzzle for him, and he was determined to solve it. He was just the nicest person to work with on a tricky situation like this.

I called Mark and he came out and quoted the project. Everything went according to plan. I am very happy.

They came out and gave us an estimate in November. We had wind damage so our insurance paid most of the cost, but we did upgrade to a more wind resistant roof. We filed the initial claim, but they took care of it from there. We signed the contract with the expectation that they would start in March which they did. It was completed within two days and was not an easy roof to do. I felt they did a good job on cleanup as well. Several of our neighbors have used them since them and have been happy with their work as well.

They were very good. The price was good because our insurance covered most of it and we only paid the deductable, which was the difference. I will use them again if needed.

They knocked on my door and I was of course skeptical. However, I permitted them to go up on the roof and take photos. After looking at the pictures and talking to the salesman I decided to try it. They contacted my insurance company that very day and set up an appointment for the insurance adjuster to meet them at my home. Once the insurance company looked at the roof, the agreed to pay for a new roof. I didn't have to do anything!!! Authentic handled everything. They were very professional. The work was done in a timely fashion and with extreme care. They cleaned up my yard every day and hauled the trash away at the end of each day. If it wasn't for seeing the crew working on my roof my neighbors never would have known that I had anything done. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. They truly believe in customer service.

I had called numerous roofing companies getting quotes for replacing our roof. Most either were very expensive or would not do the job because there was not an insurance claim for damage. Mark Atarian was the representative from Authentic Restoration that came out and looked at our home. He took the time to walk the roof and see if there was any damage from weather and there was not. He gave us an assessment of our job and Mark Craney sent us an estimate. We decided to use them based on a recommendation from a family friend who also used them and I'm glad we did. Communication was excellent from start to finish. The crew that came out to do the job was very professional and the finished product looks excellent. We expected to have to do some level of clean up ourselves but the crew left our yard looking better than when they arrived. Mark Atarian stopped by numerous times each day to check up on the progress and quality of the work and would update me every time he was out. From start to finish Authentic Restoration did an amazing job. I hope I never have to do another roof but if I do I will call Authentic.

It went great! We would hire them again in a minute! They were personable, prompt, and worked well with our insurance company. They listened to what we wanted, and were responsive to our desires. Their work was very neat; we found practically no trash in the yard afterwards, which was important to us, as we have pets.

I have never had a major house repair go so flawlessly. I keep waiting for the other shoe to fall, but so far I can only deduce that this company represents the hope for the survival of the American spirit. Excellent work ethic throughout the company, embodies that go- getter American spirit and the final product represents excellent craftsmanship performed in a timely manner. Superb!

I was contacted with a knock on the door about my roof needing repair. I was hesitant at first but agreed to listen to what they had to say. Salesman went up on roof and took photos. Showed me pictures and I agreed to call insurance company and ask for an estimator to come out. That is basically all I had to do. Salesman from Authentic met with my Insurance adjuster and they came to an agreement and the Insurance company gave me a check that day. Authentic started the work as soon as possible. They were very professional. They cleaned up every day and hauled they trash away so that I did not have a dumpster parked in my driveway. The salesman checked up on the roofing crew at least 3-4 times a day. My experience was very very good. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
