For me it?s just nice to work with people who understand what we want. They told us the big picture of the work and told us how to do this. They explained everything in a step wise process. They were very good about presenting to us what they thought was best and gave us good options on different types of plans. It was a very pleasant experience working with them. They are very organized and listen well too. They give a one year guarantee on all the plants they give. I rate them high overall.

Aspen Outdoor Designs Inc. has done a lot of landscaping for us in the past and we like the way they do things. They have done great work with the stone work around my yard in the past and do a great job with the landscaping. They also installed outdoor lighting and snow plow my driveway in the winter.

I spent a lot of money on the job, but I thought that their designs were very creative and professional. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

They charged us about $2000 for the last job and it was fine. They did the original design and I like them. It is fine and they are pretty responsive. They are pretty creative about their work and how they do it. They also repaired our outdoor porch, which was okay. They are easy to work with. Their price wasn?t inexpensive, but was fair. It?s hard for me to compare since I didn?t get a lot of quotes, but it seemed reasonable. I recommended them to my neighbor and they were pleased with them too. Their quality was fine. They came back and did whatever they didn?t get right.

They are excellent! They come every two weeks. They do everything that I ask them to do. They mow the lawn, trim, and do Spring cleanup.

I was happy with the designs they made; however, I am not that happy with their performance. They dint do the job as I thought they should have. They did not respond to the problems that were there. Many plants died.

The design that Aspen presented was just what we wanted but was still innovative and much different than the run of the mill designs that we received from other companies. Although their pricing was a little high, the quality of the work that was done, the friendliness of the workers and the competency of the design and sales effort more than made up for the slightly higher pricing. Recognizing that weather has a major impact on their scheduling, we were kept informed of rain delays to the start of the work. Once on-site the crew was extremely professional and had a work ethic that was very impressive. The crew cleaned up our yard completely at the end of each day of work. I made a few minor changes to the design while the crew was on-site...and, after receiving authorization, they completed the changes without any complaints or hesitation. With the heavy rains we experienced after the work was completed, some of the re-seeding was washed away. Also, the design itself was completed in early spring and in some areas our existing trees provided more shade than expected. Aspen returned and re-seeded the washed away areas, transplanted some plants that needed additional sun and planted new shade plants in the area under our trees. There was no charge for this work. These are very easy people to work with and provided a very high quality product.

Very good, thorough job. Once job started, it was quickly completed. Good communications over email on proejct status.

Great job, finished product exceeded our expectations. Management showed up regularly and owner reviewed final product. They made use of their own employees with skilled craftsman used on the paver installation who showed pride in their work and were very focused on getting things done right.

They have been very good and reliable. We are very happy with their service. They take good care of our yard.

This has been a good project so far. The landscaping design was exactly what we had pictured/wanted from a hardscape perspective and even had a wonderful surprise in the shape of a water feature in the backyard. The plantings were not quite what we were looking for, but Jeff was very very agreeable to any modifications or to the idea of having them work on the hardscape with us filling in the plantings on our own later. Having his designers create the plan was well worth the money!! For the two projects we worked on first - the crews were great to work with. They were on time and worked quietly and cleanly. They did not leave a mess. They did what we would consider a lot of hard work in a surprisingly short amount of time - excavating and buildling a stone retaining wall and 2 stone gardens in 3 days. When the project was completed and we noted that one stone was not cemented in, Jeff came out personally, within the week, to fix it for us.

Jeff Behlmer and his crew transformed my yard. They were courteous, punctual, and professional!

Estimate called for two removals @ $270/ea. Called several times. Neighbors complained about leaves. First showed up 11/9/05. Leaves were all down, wet from rain & snow. Week before everything was dry & would have been quick job. Charged 75% more than single removal. Dropped $72.50 when complained. Still 48% more than single removal estimate.

THEY DID EXTRA STUFF THAT WASNT TALKED ABOUT. DIDNT DO A GOOD JOB AT RESPONSIVENESS. WERE GOING TO SPREAD CHIPS BUT NEVER DID. THE PLAN WAS VERY HIGH.

VERY PUNCTUAL, REASONABLY PRICED; HAVE USED THEM FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS.
