Excellent...timely installation and complete cleanup

I love my new roof installed by Roof It Forward! The area sales manager, Aaron Polk, was very knowledgeable, helpful, responsive and professional. Aaron identified storm damage that required full roof replacement. He explained my options, worked through the details and met with my insurance adjuster and their inspector. Because of his efforts, my insurance claim was approved for full replacement. In addition, the installers were professional and did a fantastic job. The entire roof was removed and replaced in one day. Care was taken to protect my lawn/garden and trash was completely removed. I highly recommend this company.

Alex Nagy was our salesperson and he was great from the start to finish. He was very good with communication throughout the whole process.. Everything went very smoothly and we are very happy with our new roof! One of our neighbors said it was not just beautiful but looked stunning!

They forgot a few small things in the yard but were very courteous and professional. They worked closely with my Insurance to make sure everything went smoothly.

Kelly was efficient and professional. He made sure everything was taken care of and even got us a 2nd adjuster because the first one didnt give a fair adjustment. They were out and fixed everything within a few days of approval. Kelly also has kept in touch making sure everything is good with the service. I would recommend them for anyone they are great

The guys at Roof it Forward were amazing! Kelly was great at keeping in touch and letting me know what was going on before, during, and after the process. I couldn't believe that they were able to tear off my entire roof and put a new on in a single day. We are talking about a house around 6,500 square feet with steep inclines and other complex architectural features. I was truly impressed at how fast they were able to do everything and still have time to clean up my yard and landscaping beds. I would definitely hire them again without a question!

Great, service provided quickly and great job done

Wonderful! Chris Asher our sales rep was very thorough from his roofing bag to his spiral presentation. Chris explained our entire roofing set up to us so we understood everything. You could tell he was going to do what it took to earn our business and he went above and beyond. The cleanup crew was outstanding other than a new roof you couldn't tell they were here. We had a new roof installed and were so happy with how that went that we had new gutters installed which turned out awesome. Chris even come out on a different occasion and brought color boards for us because we wanted to see live examples of a few different colors. No one else had the roof bag Chris had no one else did the spiral estimate that he gave us no one took the time to get us color boards they told us to go online and no one was as knowledgeable or thorough as Chris was. We love Chris and will never use another company for anything that him and his guys offer!!! Chris will be the only person we refer to anyone from here on out and we will always do what we can to help with the Roof It Forward mission. Thank you Chris for all your hard work its greatly appreciated and the roof and gutters look awesome!!

Courteous and timely. Roof looks fantastic. You would not have known they worked on our house but for the new roof. Patricia, my contact at the company was amazing. She was flexible and understanding. Easy, easy company to deal with! Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Mark, from Roof It Forward. He crawled up on our roof and took multiple pictures and showed us the damage (that we had already expected) on our roof. He explained the entire process and helped us talk to our insurance company. He was great to work with. The color and quality of shingles that we had to pick from was good. I was very happy with the choices. The crew showed up on time and worked efficiently but beautifully. Our new roof turned out great. We had our new roof put on in June 2018.

It went Great!! Had this company come out and inspect my roof. A gentleman by the name Chris Smith came out and inspected our roof. He was very honest, friendly, and professional. He didn't try selling us everything that we didn't need. He treated us like family not just another ticket number. I will definitely be getting our work done thru Roof it Forward!

I called Chris Asher at Roof It Forward to come out and look at a leak that I had over my back patio area. Chris was very thorough and took the time to not only pinpoint the leak in the patio area but he also checked my shingled roof for any issues of concern. I had honestly prepared myself for the worst but when Chris completed the inspection of my property and told me that my roof was in good shape and only needed a couple minor things I was very very impressed and I could tell that he was not just their to make money but to earn a customer. He explained to me the process of everything he would be doing and looking for, then he came in and showed me some photos and video of my problem areas and explained why the areas were of concern. He was also very knowledgeable of his company and explained to me why he loves it so much and the reason behind why he loves being a part of it and it was very touching. I can honestly say for any service that Chris and his team offer I will only use them. Chris earned me and my son for life as customers. Service and everything about this company was fantastic. From Wes Phoebus coming out at night to make arrangements for the crew to come out to Craig Stevens going above and beyond with calls,and emails to make sure everything was going right. Excellent, the whole process was smooth, efficient and quick. Mark Reeves, the sales rep helped me thru the whole process, answered all my questions. The crew came while I was at work and cleaned up before I was home 🏡.

Very quickly and very professionally

Roof was finished in the dark. No flashing was put around chimney. I had to contact them to inform them. There are broken planks in our sub roof that they broke while installing the roof vents and a hole that they just roofed right over. Poor quality work, poor customer service. Not recommended .

Mark was offering roof inspections for hail damage throughout my neighborhood. The combined quick response from my insurance company and Roof It Forward, I had a new roof in just ten days after Mark's initial inspection.

Excellent best costumer care and great company

Roof it Forward was awesome to work with. Our contact Wes Phoebus was friendly, experienced, available to answer our questions, and very helpful with the process. He took care of working with the insurance provider to arrange for our depreciation check, and he was at our house multiple times to ensure that materials were delivered, the install was going smoothly, and that all supplies were cleaned up. I would definitely recommend them.
