ARAC Roof It Forward- Indianapolis

I worked with Mike O’brien at Roof It Forward who was a tremendous help! I’m new to homeownership and he helped walk me through the entire process of fixing my leaking roof, including working with insurance to ensure everything that needed repaired was covered. Cannot recommend Roof It Forward and Mike enough!

I wanted to provide a Kudos to Kenneth Ewing, Restoration Consultant for Roof It Forward. Kenneth dropped by after recent storm offering to check my roof for damage. Kenneth has been on time, courteous, and professional with every contact. Kenneth did find damage and he has worked closely with my insurance company towards a resolution all the while checking in with me and keeping me informed of progress. My experience to this point has been great and I look forward to continuing to work with Kenneth and Roof It Forward.

I was very pleased with the roof replacement. They were very professional and did the entire job in about two days. The cost was reasonable and the work was excellent. I would highly recommend Roof It Forward.

I called Roof It Forward for a roof replacement on my shed. They sent Chris Asher out to meet with me. Chris was very knowledgeable and explained to me that I had storm damage on my shed and home. I was looking to pay out of pocket for a shed roof and ended up with a new roof on my home, shed, all new siding on my entire home, gutters, and much more for less than what I would have paid for a new roof, thanks to Chris. Chris explained to me that storm damage was covered under my homeowners insurance. I had never heard of such a thing and told Chris I would want to do my homework. I did my homework by calling my insurance carrier and they verified what Chris said was true. Chris came out to meet with my insurance carrier and then walked our project with Craig to make sure we understood everything. My house now looks like a brand new house. Patricia the Project Manager oversaw the entire project and was very knowledgeable and great to work with. I would absolutely refer them to anyone. Thank you both!

If you hire Mark Shiveley from ARC Roof It Forward to complete your work, prepare for zero communication from him & your work to never get completely finished. We’ve had a claim to repair our roof and siding open since April 2020. The roof portion was complete in June 2020. It is now October 2020 and we’ve been waiting since June to have our siding replaced. I have documented several texts and emails that have went unanswered by Mark when asking for a status update on the siding replacement. When he did reply, which was rare, he always had an excuse as to why he hasn’t replied promptly. I am not one to complain about services but he is the worst contractor I’ve ever dealt with. I will never use Roof It Forward ever again and I will warn anyone who is needing work done to avoid them, especially Mark. I have been more than lenient with the timeframe, but his lack of effort to get our claim resolved and communication is simply unacceptable. Even our insurance claims representative tried on several occasions to reach out to him because she needed clarification before dispersing money, and he still has yet to respond to her. Avoid him and Roof It Forward and go with a contractor who will at least respect your time and business. We will be hiring another contractor to complete the remained of our work.

The worst customer service. I would never recommend this company. We spent close to 10k.They had a hard time installing a product. I told them it was not right and when they came to pick up their products they said they would come back and fix it. Their outstanding customer service stops when they cash their checks. I called them and was told they would come and replace it. I am waiting 15 times and was told they will show up in 2-3 hours. They never showed up. I attempted to ask to speak with they. owner but he doesn't answer calls, he is out of town. So the owner cashes our checks but denies talking to customers. I have given up their lousy customer service because we paid them and told them we thought they were ethical and moral company After 30 days and continuously asking this to be replaces and lied to told they would show up in 2-3 hours while I sit here waiting for the 15th time, I give up their lousy customer service. The warranty isn't worth the paper it is written on when you can't even get them to show up. We shouldn't have to call them 15 times. I have given up after spending 10k with this company. The only option now is to file a law suit and put them in court and sue them. I have called other companies and it will cost me about 2k to have someone fix it and replace these. So I suggest if you have researching a roofing company look someplace else. Unless you have a lawyer and seek to file suit and get them show up in court

John Hudson handled everything from start to finish! Inspected roof and told me I had hail damage, meet with my insurance adjuster and got me approved, he even came back bye and picked up nails after the roofers were done. THANKS ROOF IT FORWARD!

Chris Asher came out the next day, took all of the pictures, and did an excellent job with everything. Unfortunately my insurance company went with the cheaper route. But I highly recommend Chris and Roof It Forward

The roofers were prompt and courteous. The reroofing went smoothly and cleanup was fast and thorough. They were a pleasure to do business with! Chris Asher was our sales guy, and he guided us through filing the insurance claim, which was a great help.

CJ and Roof It Forward were consummate professionals. From the beginning, CJ laid out what to expect and delivered everything as planned. He communicated directly with the insurance company and mortgage company. CJ made the process so seamless including dropping off samples and offering suggestions for the color, updating the gutters, and gutter guards. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The onsite crew was polite and did a nice job protecting our landscaping and doing the clean-up. Thank you CJ!

Working with ARAC and Aaron Polk was an absolutely positive experience. I usually dread home repair projects, but this was went very well. Aaron worked with my insurance adjuster to make sure that all of the issues were covered. Aaron made sure that I received a new roof, new gutters, and had the leak painted over that had worked its way into my house. He made the entire process seamless and easy for me. The roofing crew was amazing - they were done in one day, and did an excellent job of cleaning up the small nails and staples. The leftover materials were picked up the next day by a very nice young woman. The guttering crew did a great job, also. Very efficient and my gutters no longer run everywhere but into the downspouts. The inside crew painted the entire ceiling, even though the damage was in one spot. It looks like a new room. I would highly recommend this company, and especially Aaron Polk to help you complete this work. Thank you.

I would highly recommend Kelly, John, Mark, Patricia, and their team. They worked well with our insurance adjuster, explained in detail the process, and made multiple project manager and site visits as the job was started and completed. Christian and his crew cleaned up very well and roofed our home as if it was their own. I had two other companies that came out, but never followed up. They also assisted with color selection (Black Sable) and it looks great! They use top of the line products and include a five (5) year workmanship warranty. Gutters will be installed next week.

Aaron Polk from ARAC was super responsive and his commutation was top notch. My Insurance Company agreed that we needed a roof, but the numbers didn’t work in my favor when they entered the damage in their spreadsheet. Aaron was diligent and requested a re-inspection. The ARAC roofing crew is fast and very efficient. They arrived early morning and gone in the afternoon. Several neighbors commenting on their efficiency and skill. We are very happy with the finished product. Highly recommended!

It was pretty quick. They were the only company who mentioned about insurance. They were clean, courteous and informative.

Everything went smoothly. They worked with the insurance company to get all the hail damage repair or replace paid for. I would highly recommend them.

Back in May our area was hit by a tornado. I had your average guys walking around passing out cards with hardly any conversation. Then came CJ Clumb with Roof It Forward. He sat with us for at least 4 hours discussing the damage and repairs that needed done. He also reassured us that they would deal with the insurance directly so we would not have to have that headache. CJ has been a great person to deal with and he is very easy to get ahold of. Before I met him that faithful day I always had trust issues with contractors and now I never have to worry about that again because Roof It Forward has beyond gained my trust! I would recommend them to anyone as they will go out of their way to make sure you and your property is taken care of and the work is done right! Roof it Forward and CJ are a 10/10 in my book!
