Craig Stevens and the ARAC crew were very responsive. I called the Fri before Christmas, got a call back the same afternoon. Got my quote the next Tuesday. I call around for other bids, but they either didn't call back or were slow to respond, and with a higher price. The roof was replaced in 1 day, and the crew did a fantastic job. Recommended.

ARAC was great! Chris Asher and his team handled everything with the insurance company, even making sure we got extra stuff that they found handled as well. One of the BIG things that we loved is that they were VERY conscientious about cleanup. Even the little stuff. They had to do interior work too and they were very respectful and thorough (and got it done in one day!) Very minimal interruption (if at all). A+! Very pleased with the overall service and followup!

The work crew arrived at our house first thing in the morning and immediately got busy. By the time I left for work two hours later, they had almost the entire area of the roof down to the boards. It was amazing. By the time I arrived home at 6:00 that evening, they were finished with the roof, while other crews working on neighbors' homes were still working. And the finished product was beautiful! Same for the siding gutters and downspouts. When it came to dealing with the insurance company and all the financial ins and outs, Craig and Mike made everything so easy. They literally took care of everything step by step. This was absolutely a no worry, no stress experience for us. We are definitely pleased!

In a world where many are treated as numbers Craig, Mike, and Mario took the time to explain everything and answer all of our questions and made 2 visits to help with color selection. Excellent. Scott Frank and Mike Susits were very professional and thorough with finding our roof problem. They also pointed out potential problems in other areas of the roof and siding. Very knowledgeable and considerate. Good people. Good first experience with the company. I will call them again for future house issues.

Insurance company originally only approved half of a roof replacement. ARAC worked directly with the insurance company and was able to get a full roof replacement. Performed the work well and roof looks great!

it went very well. Scott Frank contacted us the same day our agent called and left our contact information. Luckily we didn't have a lot of damage but he clearly explained the areas of concern, showing up pictures and offered pricing information. We then scheduled a return repair visit and while repairing the roof he also went a step further checking our gutters etc.
