Outstanding!!! The work was completed quickly and no clean up required on my behalf. The staff at "Roof it Forward" made it a nice and smooth process from beginning (dealing with insurance) to end (questions or concerns). Awesome transformation of my old 1900 farm house. I look forward to working with this company again in the future. Highly recommend for hire.

ARAC did an amazing job replacing our roof. The professionalism they exhibited from their sale representative to their installation and clean up crews was top notch. ARAC was competitively priced and their workmanship exceeded our expectations. We regularly have people stop by and ask about our roof. We highly recommend ARAC to anyone who is need of roof repair or replacement.

The crew were amazing they did a great job on my roof. They replaced 5 sheets of decking and installed ridge vent on my roof and got rid of the ugly vents I had on my roof. The roof looks great and the cleanup was amazing, my yard looked just as good the day after they did the work.

We met with the sales manager, Jett, and he inspected our roof and explained all our options. He was very knowledgeable about the product and we were able to make a confident choice in the shingles we needed. His bid was competitive and the workers arrived on time each day and worked professionally and diligently to complete the job in the two days they told us it would take. We were very impressed that the sales manager was on the job site for most of the work and making sure everything went smoothly. The clean-up was better than expected and we are happy with the results.

Overall, good service. They walked us through the process of the insurance claim, including helping with check submission. Sometimes, responsiveness was a bit slow - we would go weeks without hearing from them, but in general, we're happy with the service. We did need them to come back out and clean up after the gutters were replaced. That crew did not clean up well. Our main points of contact came out the next day to clean it up - which is good since we have dogs and kids.

They are tremendous. They constructed our roof to the rigid codes used in Miami, Florida. They were 15% lower than any other bid. They are trustworthy. I will refer them to friends and neighbors.

My neighborhood was hit very hard with a hailstorm in May of 2014, in Muncie, IN. After that, all of the contractors from across the country, it seemed, appeared on our doorsteps. At first, I did not think I had suffered enough damage to warrant bothering with repairs. All that I saw was one small area of my garage where hail bounced off the trash can and left scrape marks on the garage wall. ...I was naive! While my across the street neighbor was getting repairs from Alliance Restoration and Consulting (ARAC), they walked over and offered to do a free inspection, and I reluctantly consented. Low and behold, they pointed out the considerable damage to my house--damage my untrained eyes did not notice. They also informed me as to the ?rules? of insurance companies about when damage must be fixed, otherwise, if several years went by before the hail damage to the roof resulted in leaks, causing further damage to ceilings, I was out of luck when it comes to insurance paying for the damage. I was convinced that repairs must be tended to. As I suspected, my neighbor had done his homework prior to hiring ARAC to do the repairs on his house, and I relied on his research into the company on their quality of work and reliability, over the other contractors arriving literally by the dozens. Therefore, I signed the contract with ARAC. ARAC was present when my insurance adjuster arrived to provide an estimate of the damage, and thankfully, they scrutinized the estimate when it was prepared and presented to me. If I had been the only one to determine and negotiate these repairs, sadly, only about half of my house would be restored, resulting in a poor combination of new-old that would have looked horrible. They succeeded in getting the insurance adjuster back and negotiated their cost for doing the work, as well as convincing the insurance company to restore the entire house and garage so it would not look like a patchwork quilt. The subcontractors for ARAC did a beautiful job, and especially for the roofers, they meticulously made sure that there were no nails or scraps left anywhere. In the end, I got a new roof, siding, gutters and downspouts, and all of the ?trimmings,? such as new decorative shutters and outdoor lights. The house looks beautiful--all the neighbors have commented! I did not have a lot of ready cash for my insurance deductable, but they worked with me to my immense satisfaction and saved me a bunch of money. I could not be happier with the work completed by ARAC. And, I must say that I really enjoyed Craig?s diligent follow-up and checking in with me about the progress on my house, but better yet [sorry Craig!], was the watchful eye of his dad, Bill, who I now consider a friend. Bill stopped by the house frequently, sometimes daily, even after the completion of the work to double-check on on-going work and my satisfaction with the work after it was completed. Hopefully, in a few years I will have the opportunity--the finances--to enclose my front porch or build a back porch. Without a doubt, ARAC will be my first choice of who to call, and despite my skeptical nature, I trust this family-based company!

Tim H***** and partner were great. He met with the insurance adjuster here at the house. Scheduled the work and it was done on time. Excellent service. When I called with any questions he always answered. Very professional and polite. I liked their work so much I am having them to do work on two of my rental property's.

From the first contact this company was outstanding. Tim H***** was our contractor. He made arrangements with the insurance company for roof replacement and replacing damaged plaster. Tim. handled all the details met with the insurance adjuster and walked us through every step of the process. Our home has textured plaster on the walls and ceilings. He found a painter who could match the pattern all the work was done on the scheduled dates. Each team was very professional and cleaned up after each stage of the project. The end result is beautiful! I highly recommend ARAC for home contractors.
