We had a great experience with Cory and his team. I originally called them to come out b/c I thought I had squirrels in my attic. Cory came out quickly after my call and evaluated the situation. It turned out we had bats and mice. Cory explained the work that needed to be done. We were at first reluctant due to the cost, but a few weeks later my husband saw a bat firsthand in our basement so we decided it needed to be done! Once we agreed to do the project, Cory and his team came out within just a few days. They worked quickly and efficiently and the job was done within a few days. We now feel safe and bat-free! Cory also recommended I check with our insurance company and sure enough the clean-up was covered. I would highly recommend Cory and his team should you find yourself needing critter removal!

They responded quickly and found the source of my problem. Installed a one sway trap so any animals could exit but not return. Snow on the roof was a problem, but they'd returned to repair the damage as soon as the snow was gone. Another animal removal company had spent 6 weeks trying to find the problem. These guys are great!

I can't say enough about the responsiveness and effectiveness of Cory and his team. Not only did he catch the animal right away, but he quickly got back out to repair the damage and entry area and always kept us updated on the schedule. He pointed out other potential avenues for critters to get in and took care of them all. He really knows his stuff and is great to work with. Price was very reasonable and would call him again for sure.

After hearing significant activity in our attic, we called Cory. He was very thorough with his evaluation and follow-up. He stopped by several times to check the traps and after confirming the critter had been blocked out, made several repairs to our exterior to insure no more areas were open for entry. Cory was great to work with and we highly recommend his services!!

It went very well. Cory is a very pleasant and knowledgeable individual who performed the work in a responsible and conscientious manner. All went smoothly. I would certainly use him again in the future and recommend him to others.

He knew what he was doing. He just made one check on the house and was able to figure out at once what the problem was. He was very good and so is his assistant. They were very friendly. I had a very good experience with them and I will highly recommend them.

After months (well over a year) of working on and off with another local "animal control" company, I finally got fed up and decided to call someone else to see if we could solve the squirrel problem once and for all. We put an addition on our house over two years ago and when the electric company ran a new power line from our box to the addition they made a sizable hole underneath the box. After hearing some noises in between the floor and basement ceiling, I called the "other animal control" company to get rid of whatever was in our house. They came and set traps and caught squirrels, birds and chipmunks. According to their policy I paid them for everything they were catching regardless if it what was in my house or not. They set the traps outside the hole so obviously other animals were being caught unnecessarily. At one point we thought we got rid of them, but then a few weeks later the squirrels were back. I tried for weeks to get them back out. When they showed up they set a trap and caught one chipmunk and never returned. After looking at reviews on Angie's List, I decided to call Corey. He came out the next day (a Wednesday) at the exact time we agreed to meet. He explained what he was going to do and then set up the trap. Corey said he would be done by Friday and the hole would be closed. He seemed confident and I was a bit skeptical since we had been dealing with this for so long. That afternoon we had two squirrels in the trap and he came the next morning to remove them. He texted me that night to see if we had more in the trap. None, so he said he would come by late on Friday afternoon and close things up. He did and we have not heard a noise in the floor ever since then. If you look at the way he sets up the traps, it only catches what's inside. Made perfect sense and I only wish I would have contacted him first instead of wasting a year and $s with the other company. If we ever have another animal problem, Corey will be the only person I will contact. Very professional and proficient.

We had never had a problem such as this but Cory reminded us that homeowner's policies sometimes covered this type of damage, which ours did. It took us awhile to receive our insurance check, but Cory didn't pester us about when he could begin the work which we appreciated since we had little control over that. The fact that he and his crew did everything without having to come through the house was a big plus since our attic entrance is through a walk in closet in our bedroom. The independent field adjusters did their inspection and told us that Cory's estimate was comparable to other estimates she had seen Indiana. After our large deductible, the amount of our check was about $700.00 less than Cory's estimate which made us happy as well. It showed us that Cory wasn't trying to take advantage of our situation to inflate his price. All in all we paid about $1700 out of pocket including our deductible. He or his crew still plan to make one more visit to cut in some of the paint work. Even though we feel as if we've made some new friends, we hope that's the last we see of any of them for a long while! I had a sick raccoon in my backyard. I called Animal Management Systems and within 30 minutes Cory returned my call and said he would be at my home in 1 hour and 15 minutes. And he was!!!!! He gently coaxed the raccoon into a cage in order to remove it. I was very impressed with his skill and compassion for our wildlife.

This is a trustworthy and honest company. You can believe the reviews on Angie's List. Cory responds quickly and knows the animal removal business. He has tons of experience and expertise. Cory is a pleasure to deal with and a great guy. He removed 6 raccoons from under our deck and animal proofed the deck. We are thrilled with the results and outcome. Corey is upfront with the costs and he sticks to the price. We highly recommend this company and if the need occurs we will call him again without hesitation!

Amazing! Cory and his staff were professional and courteous. Even though they were during their busy season, they squeezed us in because they could tell we were distressed by all the animal carcasses in our yard.

Not enough can be said for the amazing service that this company provides! Great job in sealing the house and following up with some stragglers that were a result of poor construction on the house. The response was quick and the results were great! Thanks to Cory for a job well done!

I have used Animal Management several times from trapping and removing raccoons on 2 separate occasions - setting traps for mice in attic. They are amazingly responsive and most times came to my house the same day or next day. This time we called them due to a smell in our family room. We had a dead squirrel in our fireplace 10 years ago and we instantly knew this smell. Cory was out the next day and inspected the fireplace from our family room and then went to the roof/chimney to inspect it as well. There was no animal in chimney and Cory said he felt it was a dead mouse in a wall or ductwork and that the smell would stop after 2-3 days. He was correct as it was much better the next day. I trust their expertise and love how attentive and quick they are to respond. I would highly recommend their company.

AMS did more in 2 days than Critter Control did in 3 months. It was a female trying to get to her babies in my attic, and she had evaded every trap previously set. After she was removed, he went into my attic and removed her spawn, and fixed every entry point. All of this after hours just to fit me in...I can't tell u the peace of mind this gave me and my family. AMS went above and beyond in every category, Customer Service, Quality of Service, Knowledge and Skill. I would highly recommend them to everyone in need of pest removal.

The problem with the flood originated when some raccoons got into my house. They carried stuff down to the sump pump and it couldn't work so I had a flood. I feel like they're really good people. Cory was very personable and easy to talk to. He knows exactly what he's doing. His wife was the one who worked with me on the phone and set up the appointments. She was knowledgeable and she explained things. When they catch an animal, they're not allowed to set it free. They have to euthanize whatever they catch and I guess humane treatment is one of their selling points. I believe that they really do their best to live up to that. My preference would have been to let the animals go somewhere, but I guess the law doesn't allow them to do that.

I would highly recommend animal management services. I called on a Saturday and they were out at my property by Monday. They go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. Cory was very experienced and knowledgeable about what needed to be done to keep the racoons away for good.

We had used Animal Management in the past for mice in the attic and a family of raccoons which they removed from our backyard so I knew they were reliable and did an excellent job. This time we had significant insulation blow into our attic right above the door (walk in attic). We wanted to be certain it was not an animal or mouse problem so we called and Cory came out the same evening. He inspected the walk in attic as well as the small overhead attic - and determined there were no animals. The problem stemmed from a specific direction of wind blowing in at a particular junction of our roof. This had occurred before so it made sense. Cory sealed up the areas in the attic so if this happens again it will not blow insulation into the attic. I have always found Cory and Tom to be very reliable - professional and honest. They have always gotten the job done for us and we would highly recommend.

Initially, we contacted both Orkin and Arrow Pest Control for an inspection and consultation regarding a noise we'd heard in one of our exterior walls along with some small pieces of what appeared to be chewed insulation. They sent representatives out the same day but neither could take care of the problem. The Orkin rep didn't really know what the problem was due to. Arrow's rep suggested it might be due to chipmunks getting inside the wall and since it was wildlife related, he could'nt take care of the issue but suggested we contact someone licensed to handle wildlife removal. Again, the Arrow rep was extremely helpful in referring us to someone who might help. We checked Angie's List for ideas and contacted Cory from Animal Management Systems. He was quick to respond and set up an inspection. After checking the area out, Cory determined Voles were the problem and set a trap to catch them. He thought it might take as long as a week but indicated he'd check in 3-5 days. He also made sure we understood not to touch the trap (We have a dog who uses our backyard so we were very careful not to disturb the trap). Cory came out as he'd promised and the vole had fallen for the trap. Cory removed the trap, removed the siding and cleaned out the wall area. He even suggested we go to Lowes and pick up a roll of insulation so he could install it vs charging more for it if he used his. We took his advice. He replaced the siding and sealed around the bottom area of the wall to make sure the same thing wouldn't reoccur. In addition, he checked out the perimeter of the house, found a couple other potential entry areas and sealed these as well. Cory was excellent and we'd recommend anyone use his company as a result of our experience. Great Job!

I have used Corey for many years. He is the first person I call with a critter problem. We live on a wooded lot with LOTS of them. For the past month, we have heard the squirrel in the wall and ceiling. Very eerie and gross to know you are home for a rodent! Corey had set traps on the roof, leaving one opening. No luck. He kept coming out trying different options. Finally he figured out they were getting in through a hole under my deck. He set traps and caught 2 squirrels!! Problem solved!! Corey is great to work with and is persistant in solving the issue. I think he is great and trust him totally. This is not the first time I have worked with Corey and probably will not be the last. Squirrels love me since we have a black walnut tree out back. I would highly recommend him and would use no one else.

He was wonderful. Others would trap and get rid of them but not clean up. He not only trapped the animal but cleaned up and did the repairs afterwards. He went around and sealed where ever they were coming in.

So he closed the 2 spaces and put a device on the 3rd area where the animal could have accessed the attic. The device allowed for the animal to exit the house, but not re-enter. He returned about a week later to close the 3rd area and then paint the covered gaps to be a similar match to the house. I was quite pleased with his work and dealing with him.

It went very well. I recommend Cory to others and will use his services in the future.

Tom from AMS returned my call the same morning I called their office and was able to determined that there were 3 raccoons in the chimney. He was able to remove two of them the same morning and set a trap for the third raccoon which he picked up the following morning. Tom also put a cap on my chimney to avoid anything else coming into the chimney. Tom was very friendly and provessional.

We had a squirrel trapped in our attic, and I called Cory about Noon on Saturday. He arrived by mid-afternoon and set a trap. He came back on Sunday afternoon and finally had to go through a closet drywall to get the squirrel out. This is the second time we've used Animal Management, and both times we've been very happy with their quick response and great job at getting rid of the critters.

He returned to check the trap twice and removed the trap and the critters were gone and we've had no problems since. He even helped me carry bags of leaves to the curb and there were a lot of them and it was a long way.
