Cory happened to be nearby when I called and was out within an hour or so. They were quick, professional, and did great work. Followed up the next day with a chimney cap, etc. to prevent more critters. Seemed like good, honest people. Highly recommend.

Cory came and found evidence of mice in the attic and identified areas where the mice were entering. They put out poison in the affected areas. They also gave me an estimate for sealing up all of the vulnerable areas and came back a few weeks later to seal things up and install new vent screens. Very good experience.

We thought we had something living in our chimney. I called AMS based on work they did for us in Feb 2017, removing squirrels from our attic. On this visit AMS discovered that there are bats inside the wall next to the chimney. They put a tube over the opening that will let the bats leave in the spring but be unable to return. After we're sure they are out, they will put a metal plate over the gap between the wall and the eaves that the bats are using as an entrance.

Corey McClung evaluated the situation and confirmed the bat problem and recommended an approach to removing them and closing entry points. The recommended clean up was to remove all insulation and replace it. He pointed out that that this was usually covered by homeowner's insurance (which it was), so we only had to pay the deductible. He was very professional and very responsive. The work was done on schedule and on budget. I hope I do not need his services in the future, but I would definitely go back to him if I did.

Very well. Cory and his partner came out within a day or two after my calling them. They removed the bat and cleaned up the area, screened in the gable vent where the bat and bird had entered and painted around the area where they worked.

It was bat removal and bat sealing. He sealed up all of the opening and eaves of our roofing. He put in our removal system since they left and didn't come back. He was great.

Animal management squeezed our home in at the end of their busy day and arrived same day to set traps while other businesses scheduled two days out. They set traps on our roof so we didn't catch any wandering animals from the ground. We caught the red squirrel in one day from a trap exiting our attic. They sealed the hole with metal and an additional adjacent spot that would have allowed the same problems. The metal is not visible in the esthetics of our exterior. Pricing was very competitive. We have not had any returning critters. I would use them again!

Cory quickly made the assessment, identified the critters (ground squirrels), discussed what should be done and provided an estimate. Two days later, he and Josh returned to seal the holes in the foundation while the critter were out and provided instructions on how to cull the numbers of critters once access was eliminated. They were responsive, easy to work with, personable and professional. We would not hesitate to contact them again.

One worker gone to Florida for the winter. The other has severe injuries and cannot work. They did work for me before and now animals are back. Unfortunately I'll have to find another team.

This is a knowledgeable, professional, and friendly company. Four men came to prevent any critters from future entry into my attic, drywall, and cement slab. The cleaned out and sanitized the areas in the attic from two former bird nests. They cleaned out the tunnel in the insulation made in the attic by the red squirrel. All areas of entry were sealed with metal and wire and painted appropriate to the house colors. I doubt that I will ever have a problem again.

Cory from Animal Management returned my call promptly, showed up at the appointed time, and took care not to make a mess in any way. He inspected the attic and found that the raccoon had not gained entry. He then bent the vent back into shape and screwed it in place. He charged only for the service call. Cory had handled a huge job for me several years. Raccoons had invaded not only my attic, but the basement above the suspended ceiling (yes-yuck!). Attic insulation and basement ceiling had to be removed and replaced. He took care of all the clean up and restoration in an extremely satisfactory way. I would use Animal Management again for any problem of this type. I highly recommend their services.

They set traps but didn't catch anything. They never called me to say whether or not they caught anything. Just sent me a bill for $185 a week or two later. I called to complain as I saw the muskrats using the same holes where the traps were set. They did call me back after I complained and was told there were no muskrats there even though I saw them. The problem still exists.
