Description of Work: My Mom had raccoons in her attic. They took care of the animals and cleaned the attic for hours scrapping every poopy-bit. They were very patient with my Mom who is near 100 and scared about people in the attic. They assured her that they were not marring any bedroom floors in the attic. (there are no bedrooms up there in the attic) They worked for nearly 12 hours on the clean-out and re-insulation. This includes the original cost of setting traps and removing animals and repairing the 5 spots on the roof that the males were using to "get" the female inside. The males removed the shingles and started clawing through. A neighbor saw the damage and called me. AMS also replaced her chimney top that was blown off previously for no charge. Stephanie is great, as is Corey and both the other guys who worked so hard with such a positive feeling in the first day of high attic heat. They also made sure that the puppy, Monkey, whom they came to love, did not get out. I used them at my house for squirrel removal when they were first starting out. about 12 to 14 yrs ago. I'm American-glad that good providers can become something great.

Description of Work: He came out to check out our attic, where we were hearing sounds like something was up there. He removed 2 dead birds and found evidence of birds nesting and a couple mouse trails on 3/14/16. He found several points in the roof where the birds were coming in and set up a 1 way trap in the main one - so the birds could leave, but not come back in. He came back on 3/21/16 and sealed up all the entry points. At this time, we are still hearing some noise, but it is less now and in a couple weeks, if we are still hearing the noises, I will call him back out to see what needs to be further done. He was professional and courteous, answered all our questions and even pointed out a different problem with our roof that we probably would not have noticed.

Description of Work: I was having raccoon troubles. Cory came out and did work and an inspection that showed the raccoon was not there during his visit. He also showed me all of the areas of the house that a raccoon will try to open up to get into the attic. He told me how to seal these areas to avoid problems and gave me a reasonable estimate to fix the existing damage and to perform the work to seal off these areas. He came back out a week later and was able to complete the work in an afternoon. He was very personable and a joy to work with.

Description of Work: They removed the raccoons from the area between my siding and chimney-- a mother and 3 kits. I was told the pricing up front so there were no surprises. They also repaired by chimney top, where the mom had gained access to the area, removed the raccoon waste and disinfected the space. Punctual, dependable to meet commitments, very professional in their interactions with me. I would use them again if any animals invaded again. They provided a guarantee for a certain period of peace from the invaders.

Description of Work: Came out, looked in the attic, repaired some potential entry points and didn't find anything. Kept his quoted price when he found additional work he missed first time coming out. Came back at no additional cost a week later when my wife heard noises again. Haven't heard anything since, very nice and friendly. Punctual.

Description of Work: Animal Management Services was prompt and professional when identifying and repairing the point of entry for squirrels in our attic.

Description of Work: trapped a red squirrel in our crawl space and removed it.

Description of Work: Trapped voles getting in between the foundation and vinyl siding, crawling up to the attic & making noises.

Description of Work: Jason put mole traps in my front yard. I was very happy with his coming on time as well as calling me when he would come to pick up the traps. Since he has picked up the traps, I have not had a problem since. If these critters decide to return I would use them again.

Description of Work: Humanely trapped squirrels who had gnawed through previous repairs by another person and permanently (guaranteed, at least, that what he installed would not be gnaw through) installed 22-gauge galvanized steel to four large areas between the soffits and the roof. He also caulked around and painted those areas. He also installed and painted 1/2" galvanized wire to three gable vents and installed new aluminum bug screen. Also, Cory is a very nice person to work with.
