Having raccoons invade and destroy my home was a stressful ordeal; the noise kept me awake and the smell was disgusting. Josh and Cory were understanding and helpful. Talking to them on the phone & in person was easy. They were willing to answer any questions I had, including how to handle the chipmunks in my yard. The nature of their small business prevents them from making time-specific appointments (e.g., more like "I think I can be there tomorrow but I'm not sure when"), so juggling this problem with my schedule was the most frustrating part. I knew that if I left Josh a message saying he needed to come by that he would. I called every day for several days in a row sometimes (this whole thing took about two months), and got a pleasant response each time. The subs used for the drywall repair were new to the team and Cory ensured that I was satisfied with their work. I would happily work with Josh and Cory (and Eric, the newbie) again; except for needing a wildlife problem. :-)

Contacted by Cory McClung on a referral from Gold Seal. Was very professional from initial contact through same day visit, setting of raccoon traps, and immediate recovery of two trapped raccoons. Will definitely use again for animal control matters.

The work went well, and Cory was clear about what needed to be done to remedy the problem.

Cory did an excellent job. He was quick to respond to a last minute call, arriving in approximately an hour, and removed the animal in minutes. Very friendly and very reliable. We would recommend him without question and will call on him again as needed.

Excellent. I would highly recommend them. They were very prompt and kept me informed of what they were doing. All work was completed within three days.

They were great and they came several times to catch the mother and the babies and they were kind enough to remove the animals waste from the roof as well.

When Cory arrived, he was calm and confident and immediately discovered the chipmunk in my basement. He got a trap and caught the chipmunk in short order, then examined the perimeter of the house and found where they're getting in. Cory said it's an easy repair that my husband can do. In my experience, it's rare in the home industry to find someone who is exceptional. I believe in this case, we did. Cory was clean-cut, responsive, reasonably-priced, honest about what needed to be done, professional, and reassuring to me. I hope I never need another animal removal, but if I do, Cory will be on speed-dial in my phone and I will gladly invite him back. Side note: I was pleased to find out that Cory does catch-and-release rather than termination. As a vegetarian, that was important to me.

I would recommend AMS for anyone needing animal removal. He patched up the hole, kept us informed during the entire process, and they even asked to borrow our vacuum cleaner to clean up the stray bits insulation that fell onto our hallway carpet under attic door. Finding good contractors like this is very exciting.

Cory, the owner, was prompt in his response and even came out on a Saturday to check his trap (initial call was on Friday) as he was sure a second animal was in the crawlspace. We found Cory to be professional and informative. Cory was very honest about the work we could perform ourselves and provided a thorough inspection of the entire house. The invoiced amount was very reasonable for the work performed. We would not hesitate to call Cory and AMS again should we need their services in the future.

CHAD WAS WONDERFUL. VERY PROMPT IN RETURNING PHONE CALLS AND FOLLOWING UP ON PHONE CALLS, WAS ABLE TO HAVE SAME-DAY SERVICE FOR TRAP-SETTING, CAME TO CHANGE TRAPS SAME DAY REQUESTED, ALWAYS CALLED TO CHECK UP ON SITUATION. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WITH ANIMAL PROBLEMS! WE HOPE NOT TO HAVE TO USE THEM AGAIN, BUT KNOW WHO WE WILL CALL IF WE HAVE A RETURN OF THE CRITTERS.

COREY IS VERY NICE AND DID A WONDERFUL JOB CATCHING THE CHIPMUNKS THAT TOOK OVER OUR FLOWER BED. HE WAS VERY QUICK TO RESPONDED AND DID HIS BEST TO CATCH THE CHIPMUNKS ALIVE AS I REQUESTED.

CORY CAME OUT THE SAME DAY THAT WE CALLED HIM AND SET OUT TRAPS TO CATCH THE CHIPMUNKS. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND DID CATCH THEM. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THAT I WOULD HAVE LIKED SOME SORT OF COMMUNICATION (VOICEMAIL, STICKY NOTE ON FRONT DOOR, ANYTHING) FROM CORY WHEN HE CHECKED THE TRAPS REGARDING WHAT HE FOUND. I HAD TO CALL HIM TO GET THIS INFORMATION. OTHERWISE, HE DID A GREAT JOB.

I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE OF THIS COMPANY. I CONTACTED THE OWNER BY PHONE AND HE WAS ABLE TO COME TO THE HOUSE THE SAME DAY. THE TEMPERATURE WAS VERY HOT THAT DAY AND THE ATTIC WAS EVEN HOTTER. CORY WAS VERY CAREFUL IN THE ATTIC. HE AND HIS CO-WORKER WERE PLEASANT AND PERSONABLE DESPITE THE UNCOMFORTABLE HEAT.

I REACHED COREY ON MY FIRST PHONE CALL. HE GAVE ME PRICES FOR THE WORK ON THE PHONE, AND WE MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR HIM TO COME TO OUR HOME THE NEXT DAY. HE WAS 10 MINUTES EARLY, AND ACTUALLY BEAT ME TO MY HOME. HE LOOKED AT THE DAMAGE IN OUR YARD AND SET DIFFERENT KINDS OF TRAPS. I ASKED LOTS OF QUESTIONS, WHICH HE ANSWERED APPROPRIATELY, AND HE WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I AM CONFIDENT THAT HE'LL BE ABLE TO HELP US GET RID OF THESE ANIMALS.

COREY MCCLUNG WAS PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, AND HUMANELY TAKES CARE OF THE ANIMAL. HE TRAPS THEM IN A LITTLE CAGE AND RELEASES THEM ELSEWHERE. HE ALSO DOES LARGER ANIMALS.

HE REALLY KNEW HIS BUSINESS. HE GOT RID OF THE SQUIRRELS EFFECTIVELY AND HE WAS DEPENDABLE. HE WOULD COME WHEN HE WAS SUPPOSED TO. HE ALSO HAS A NICE PERSONALITY AND IS GOOD TO WORK WITH.
