Darryl came right away (same day, thank goodness!) to remove a skunk I accidentally trapped. Removed it with minimal odor release, but forgot the odor neutralizer spray he usually has on his truck. Bummer. He took it to release on some land he owns. (We didn't want it killed.) We had raccoons romping in our suspended ceiling. He the assessed the situation, found where they might be getting in, and hired people to build an exclusion fence under our decks after trapping and removing raccoons from our house. This can take a while, but we eventually heard no more traipsing. The exclusion fence was very good in some places, but very sloppy in others. Darryl came and inspected their work without contacting me, then billed me for his first quoted price. I had to remind him we changed the plan and to re-bill at the second price, and I had to ask him to come out and look at it with me and pointed out the poorly completed areas. He was apologetic and returned very soon to fix them himself. I was disappointed that I had to point this out to him. He should have caught it himself when he looked the project over. To his credit, he worked extremely hard for about a day and a half to make it right. He also had some illness/injury during the course of our project, which could account for the delay in getting back to me some days. Overall, Darryl is a hard worker who knows his critters and wants to release as many as possible rather than killing them. I would call him again if we had further critter trouble, but would be vigilant on quality of any construction.

I really liked this company. They left a grate over the chimney so that we would never have birds nesting in there again. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

We called them in, and they took care of it. They trapped the squirrel and released him away from our house. The only complaint I have is that they lost my first check. There was a complication with payment, and I had to write two checks. They were here promptly and even worked in the dark.

They came back and took all the trap away, and they seemed very professional.

Everything was done on a timely basis and for the amount quoted. I would use them again.

They were great, they were very professional, he was a very pleasant person, he is knowledgeable, and your confident. I felt that pricing was reasonable.

He took care of the raccoon within twenty-four hours so it was done in a very reasonable amount of time. After that he also put on a temporary screen to prevent any other animals from getting in the chimney, and this he did with no extra charge.

This was the first time I had used their services. I was having company coming and we saw the skunk and they came out to take care of it as soon as possible and caught them.

It was very good because the man that came was very professional. He did his job and left. I think that is pretty good. They covered the chimney for me so that no more animals could get in.

They came when we called. They are reliable but pricey.

Cory came out the same day we called. We first heard the bird trapped in the laundry room dryer hose the night before, so we were very relieved he could come out so quickly. He removed the bird in no time. He installed a dryer vent guard and at the same time, installed guards on our exhaust fan vents (to avoid having to experience this again in the future!). As he was removing the bird from the laundry room, he even noticed a couple suspicious looking bugs. Not knowing what they were and fearing they might be termites, he offered to call a colleague to get another opinion. Turned out to be a carpenter ant, so he left us with his colleague's card in case we wanted to call him. From start to finish, the job took less than 45 minutes. I couldn't have asked for more. Cory was very friendly and professional, did a great job, and I would recommend his company to others.

The service was excellent. They were on time for the estimate and followed up after they gave me the proposal. They were able to give me an estimate within about 3 days. Everything went smoothly and the work was completed within 1 day. After the work was completed, they were sure to clean up after themselves. The garage was swept out and looked better than before the work was done.

Darryl returned when he said he would. Kept us informed by telephone of his progress when we were not home, repaired the duct where the raccoon got in and sealed the entrance to the crawl space. He was professional, friendly & reasonably priced.

Cost is per trap. He is very professional. They are great and there prices are good.

After hearing a critter in the attic for three nights, I contacted AMS. Darryl examined the attic and determined that it was a squirrel. He set up two traps on the roof. It took 4-5 days before the squirrel was caught. I called Darryl who arrived in about an hour to remove the traps and transport the squirrel to the woods.

Darryl arrived on time. He was very thorough and professional. We would definitely call him again. We also thought the price was very reasonable, considering he drove from Greenwood to Greenfield and was here working for an hour or more. We could barely stand to be inside our house, and he saved the day!

This company was very responsive and helpful from the get-go. I spoke initially with Corey and then Darryl came out within hours of my call. He did a complete inspection of the attic through two separate access points, house perimeter, etc. to search for the means of entry. Everything looked "clean", so he advised me that it was probably a mouse and that I should call a company that treats for mice. When I did call another company, they insisted it was probably not a mouse and did not even go in the attic. Out of desperation for sleep, I called Darryl again and he came back out (again to the attic) and put out mice bait and placed chipmunk traps outside. The noise was gone within 24 hours. I am so grateful for the dedication to getting the problem solved. Great guy.

Cory did an excellent job. It took longer to trap the animal than usual but Cory stuck to it and kept working until the animal was caught.

VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY PERSONABLE.

We had bird nests in 2 attics. AMS came to evaluate and the nests for removal and advise us on any possible entry points and how to fix them. Once we agreed to the course for removal and prevention, AMS took care of everything without any trouble. Josh & Cory were both easy to work with. They honored the Angie's list discount and even installed the vent covers for less than the original quote.

They did good work. He took about a month and a half to come back and take the bat trap off, but we had not paid yet so I wasn't ever worried about him not coming back. Otherwise he was nice and did a good job. We would us him again.

Cory came and set the first trap the same day I called. I notified him each morning when the trap was full. He was very accessible to answer my questions and will even come on Sunday for a pick up. He charged $95 for the service and $65 for the removal of each raccoon. I will not hesitate to contact him the next time I have destructive raccoons visiting my yard.

Corry explained everything as he did it and kept me well informed on the progress. When I called him I thought we were dealing with squirrels but after looking at the hole the animals were using to enter the house he immediately picked up a hair and said we were dealing with raccoons. He was right on. The raccoon mother was uncooperative so it took longer that expected to catch her. Overall I was very pleased with him and his work.

We cannot say enough about Corey. We would never use anyone else. The service he provides to his customers is outstanding. He does not give up until the job is done and the customer is satisfied.
