ANIMAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS INC

I have a very high opinion of this organization. They came out the very next day after I called them and they called when on their way to my house. I was embarrassed that I merely had a bad mouse problem and strangely acoustic air ducts (screaming mice sound like unhappy raccoons to me, what did I know), but there was no judgment from my pest-battling hero. He did a quick inspection of the crawl space and soffits and gave me some advice on poison usage. He identified some opportunities where rodents could access my home and put some silicone sealant on some gaps in the foundation. I have been mouse free since, but will call them if I have any future trouble.

Corey was very personal, explained everything, and was incredibly nice. The other providers I had contacted wanted to charge me per animal that they trapped in live traps. We had tried the live traps before, but it seemed that they came back. He used a mess wire within a ditch around the stoop with a 3 year guaranty. At first it seemed to work, but here recently, they have somehow gotten past it. I've contacted Corey and will be having him come back out to try something new.

I was hearing noises from the attic. Called and Tom came out the same day. He thoroughly checked the outside of the house and the attic and explained that it was birds getting in the outside vents. Recommended we cover the vents. He took the time to explain everything to me and reassure me that all was OK.

Cory put wire around an attic vent area that he suspected the animals were entering through. When we continued to hear the animal in our attic, he returned at no cost to put down more traps. In the end, he did not catch the animal, which he thought had been a red squirrel... but the animal eventually did not return. Cory also noticed that the top of our chimney needed to be sealed since it was starting to crack from age. He sealed this for a cost of $460.00. The animal proofing cost us $130.50. Cory was extremely nice and a very friendly guy. I would use him again.

Tom was wonderful!! Very patient, open and gave great suggestions. He set the traps, told me how long it would be before they worked, and came back later o remove them. I would highly recommend Tom Avery and AMS.

The entire ordeal went very well. We called them on Wednesday, they were out by Thursday with the first trap set up and well organized to prevent any escape artists. The mother of the litter was not happy seeing her kids trapped, but on Friday, after the first two were trapped, a trap just for her was set up and within a couple hours she was in there, and not long later, AMS came out to pick her up too. The best feature, they came out on Saturday to check the traps (which were empty), closed up the holes to prevent any others getting in (we believe there might be a 3rd little one handing around, but he can't get in) and that was that! We were also happy that they also found a dead bat that was trapped in our garage eave vent. I'm just happy since I know that birds can't sneak in either! We were also very happy that they were cheaper than some of the other companies we called that weren't humane, no one wants or expects something like this to pop up, so when you are running a tight budget, the price was right! I have to say that I appreciate how fast they were, that they are humane, and that they came out on the weekend! Great when you just don't want to hear them scurry about in the attic anymore. (Note: We have a standard ranch home)

Successfully removed enough of them that they decided to quit visiting our back yard. My dogs and I were very grateful to be able to use the back yard after dark once again.

They came out promptly and did an excellent job. Can't say enough good things about them. I think they actually scared the squirell out before they actually caught them. Great service. Good price.

Went very well - two phases - first was to detect and set out bait. After a couple of weeks, came out and critter-proofed the house preventing critters from entering the house in the future.

While I hope to never have another wild animal in my attic, if I do I will call them again. I called and left a message and received a prompt reply, was told I'd get an Angie's List discount without asking, and the service guy (Thomas) showed up when he said he would. Despite the fact that I probably appeared somewhat unhinged (there was a RACCOON in my ATTIC that sounded like it wanted to claw it's way down to me and eat my face - I feel justified in being slightly hysterical) Thomas was very nice and calmly walked me through what he was going to do to get the raccoon. The raccoon went into the trap that day and Thomas immediately came and took him away, but left the traps in case there was another raccoon. He also fixed up the soffits where the raccoon had fallen out. He came out again and took measurements and fabricated steel pieces to reinforce some areas that were raccoon friendly and painted them to match the house. He was very honest and after inspecting the attic told me there wasn't major damage or cleanup that needed to be done - I wasn't going up there so if he told me I needed 5K in work I would have believed him. Very, very happy with this company. Friendly, professional, well-priced, honest and most importantly, *got rid of the raccoon in my attic*

The specialist was really knowledgeable and friendly. He looked all around the house and the roof and determined that raccoons were climbing up one of my trees just to mark their territory but had not gotten into the house. He suggested I just trim the tree they were using and see if that fixed the problem instead of trapping. He also gave me tips on how to keep critters out and some of the signs that a critter was in your attic. They were $100 less for a house call than the first place I called. I will definitely call them again if I have another critter problem.

Tom came out the same day that we called, diagnosed immediately that we had a raccoon, where it was staying, and how to remove it. He set the trap and came out the next day to collect the raccoon that he had trapped that night. He left another trap to make sure that we captured everything, but there were no more animals. He also repaired the raccoon's entry point. Very excellent service, best price I found shopping around, and would definitely use again for any service they provide!

Cory is very knowledgable about animal control. He makes honest recommendations to fix your problems and performs the work professionally and in a timely manner. We feel confident in his work and would highly recommend his company's services.

Although we have yet to apprehend the masked bandit who shredded the rubber membrane on our flat roof, we have been very pleased with all of the support and assistance offered by Animal Management. From the first contact, they have been prompt in returning phone calls and scheduling visits to our home. Thinking that the raccoon who did the damage had moved on, we had the traps removed, only to discover another incident of raccoon-on-roof violence the next day. Cory returned promptly with baited traps and didn't charge us anything (he explained that he warranties his work for a 90 day period). We certainly have a unwelcome wily visitor on our hands, and we hope to take advantage of Cory's relocation services very soon. I wouldn't hesitate to call Animal Management Services again, and I would recommend them highly.

They were very good. He came right away and put the cage up right away. He came several different times without charging us.

Cory was very prompt at returning my calls. He was very nice and personable and did a good job getting those critters out of our walls, we could hear them scratching, it was very unnerving. It did take a few days to get all of the squirrels. The mama squirrel was the first to be captured , then 3 babies were caught the following day. There was one or two others that proved to be a little more tricky. One of them somehow figured out how to get to the garage through the walls and Cory was able to eventually catch him in the garage. We were very satisfied with the service and the price. Hopefully I will never have to call them again because I don't like having critters in our walls. However, if I needed to I would call Cory in a heartbeat.

Everything went well. Cory walked around on my roof for an inspection and did not see any damage.

They were good. He was really a personable guy. I felt that he was honest. We didn't compare prices but it seemed fair. He priced everything out and it all made sense. We would use him again.

Cory and his assistant were very knowledgeable and efficient in their work. Cory's repair of the damaged area was very well done and he performed a very complete inspection of all attic areas for any further damage. While I did not get other quotes for the repair work, Cory's estimate felt a little high, but he worked with me on payment terms and did an excellent job.

I was awaken at 1 am by a bat flying over my head, in my upstairs bedroom. I locked the bat in the bedroom and called Animal Mgt. first thing in the morning. I was told that Cory would be out as soon as he could but in the meantime to put something in the space under the door, which I did, so the bat couldn't squeeze out. Cory arrived late morning and it literally took him less than 5 minutes to get the bat into a plastic container. I was told he was going to take him a good distance away so he wouldn't return. Once he got the bat in the truck, he did a full inspection of the outside of the house and said he thought the bat was coming in through the soffits. He gave me an estimate of the cost of sealing up the house and said the work would have to wait until warmer dry weather. We were on vacation in February when he came out to do the work. When we got back he stopped by just to peek into the attic, and I paid him for work completed, never expecting to see another bat in the house. But----about 2 months later, I was down in the basement and heard something in the fireplace and in seconds we had yet another bat flying through our house. After getting the bat locked into a bedroom, I called Cory. He came out within a couple hours to remove the bat, which again took about 5 minutes. He had another job that he needed to attend to that morning so he asked if it was ok if he come back in a few hours. That was fine with me. He assured me that I was not going to pay anything for the call. He returned when he said he would and spent a good few hours inspecting the house and determined that it had likely come in via a tiny space where the chimney meets the house. He sealed that and installed an exit box so if there were more in the chimney, they could get out but not get back in. He also boarded up our fireplace in the basement so none could get inside the house. He returned about a month ago to remove the bat box and finish sealing it up. We have not had another occurrence. Cory is a nice, honest guy. He respects animals and we talked quite a bit about his pets that he had at home. I truly hope we don't have another bat in the house, but I know who to call if it were to happen again.

My husband and I found a hole in our roof with shingle parts on the ground a few weeks ago. We called Animal Management Systems because of their high recommendations on Angie's list. Cory came by and was able to determine that a raccoon had torn through our roof, and he found out how it had climbed onto our roof. Cory set a trap in case any animals were still inside our attic. After a week, Cory and his team repaired the damage to our roof and soffit. He went out of his way to go to 6 supply stores to find a tile that matched our roof. His team removed the insulation, cleanned up the mess and sanitized the attic. We were very satisfied with the work performed. In the end, I cannot tell where the damage occurred. I would use Animal Management Systems for future needs.

He was great. He explained everything to us and set traps for the animals. He came back to check on them. If we found an animal in the trap we called and he came to get them the same day. He kept in touch with us the whole time. He was friendly and very honest. We had a good experience with him.

Removed a dead deer from our back yard at between 10 and 11 p.m.

We’ve had an array of critters in our attic and walls since we moved into the home we rent and they normally find their way back out, but this winter, the raccoon activity was too much to take. In the middle of the night, we would hear screeching and thrashing coming from the attic; it sounded like they were going to fall through the floor of the ceiling of our old home at any time. We called Animal Management Systems and someone came out and accessed the situation. He told us that there was a male and female living upstairs, but thankfully no pups. He said that the thrashing sound we heard was the two mating, and the screeching was from the female who wasn’t ready to mate. I couldn’t have done without the animal kingdom lesson, but within a day, the raccoons were gone. Animal Management Systems secured our attic and crawlspace, and we haven’t had another raccoon or chipmunk find their way into our home. Overall, we had a great experience with the company and we’ll use them again.
