Description of Work: Inspected entire exterior, including roof to determine how rodents were entering my house. Identified 2 entry points. Trapped and removed a chipmunk and a small red squirrel. Repaired all gaps. No more rodents! Very professional, responsive, punctual, and knowledgeable. Had used a well known provider previously who had no clue of how rodents entered house. Wasted money, but ASM got the job done first time. Would definitely use again.

Description of Work: Contacted the owner via e-mail. He phoned me the next day and showed up ready to help. Was less expensive than a local comp;any and provided more service. Caught two animals in the first two days and haven't heard anything in the attic since that time. I am contemplating having him go into the attic as a follow up, but we haven't discussed that part yet. I like the way he does business. He understands the habits of the animals, and the anxiety of his customers, a great combination!

Description of Work: They removed a raccoon from my crawl space after setting a trap for him. They installed wiring around the perimeter area to prevent further invasions into the crawl.

Description of Work: Corey was great. Arrived promptly after calling the office. Inspected the house and found a hole in the roof where a mother Raccoon had gained access. He then inspected the attic and couldn't convince the female out. He placed a trap on the roof to capture the raccoon when she left overnight. It did take 3 days before the raccoon decided to leave and was captured. Corey removed the raccoon and then repaired the roof. I was very impressed with Corey. He was very personable and knowledgeable and I immediately had a high level of confidence in his ability. He provided a thorough estimate and scope of work. I would highly recommend Corey.

Description of Work: Tom checked for large animal holes and set traps .He returned every day for 8 days to check and remove any animals which were in the traps then finally filled the holes. Very professional, clear in what he was going to do and followed through without fail. A very pleasant person to work with. Will definitely call them should we have another critter problem.

Description of Work: I heard scratching coming from my crawl space and noticed that the plastic cover on the top of the window well had been moved on two different days and the metal door was open. I spoke to Cory on the phone and explained that I thought I had a raccoon in the crawl space. Cory came out and went into the crawl space to see what he could find. After a thorough exploration of the area, Cory discovered raccoon tracks around the entire crawl space. He also found some scatching on the foam board. Cory explained that this is mating season and it was likely a female raccoon was scouting for a place to nest and have her babies. Fortunately, she had not yet created a nest or done any damage. Cory secured the door to the window well and the cover on top to ensure the raccoon could not enter the crawl space. He then checked the roof to make sure there were no holes or signs of damage to the roof to make sure there were no attempts to get into the attic. Cory was knowledgeable, thorough, and explained what areas of the house I should watch in the future. I was lucky to have caught the problem early, but would definitely call Cory again. In addition to being able to handle the immediate problem and related reparis, he also understands the need for prevention.

Description of Work: We had noises in our chimney. They came out on a Sunday night and found out the noise was chimney swifts (which are protected) so they weren't able to remove them at that time. We were to let him know whenever the birds were out and he would clean it and put a cap on. He came back and cleaned the chimney out and put one cap on and is waiting for the order on the second one to arrive.

Description of Work: THEY WERE TO COME OUT AND TRAP SOME RACCOONS LIVING IN A TREE, THEY WERE GONE WHEN THEY CAME, THOUGH THEY CUT DOWN THE LIMB THEY WERE LIVING IN.

Description of Work: I HAD A GROUNDHOG LIVING UNDER MY DECK, SO WHEN TRAPPING EFFORTS FAILED, CORY AND HIS ASSISTANT FENCED IN THE UNDERSIDE OF MY DECK. THEY WERE VERY QUICK IN ANSWERING PHONES CALLS AND FINISHING THE JOB.
