He charges by the job instead of the hour because he's fast and efficient and finishes in a fraction of the time it might take someone else to do the same work. The longer he cares for my yard, the better it looks!

Description of Work: He rerouted 2 downspouts and then stripped my sod and tilled the ground and then installed new sod. .He rerouted 2 downspouts and stripped the sod I had. He then removed the sod and tilled the soil and put in new sod.

 + -1 moreit was great. My back yard was a mess. I could not get grass to grow. It was MUD. Manuel suggested re-directing the downspouts which he did. We then decided to put in new sod so there would not be so much mud in the yard. He did what he said he would.
Description of Work: He buried my downspouts to keep water off the lawn. He cut the sod and the next week, he removed the sod and put in all new sod. He edged and mulched the yard.
