Called at the very end of the window to notify he was on the way. Very courteous and professional! Did a very thorough job on the outside unit including cleaning the coil. He even put away the hose before I knew it back in the garage. I liked the electronic sign-off and receipt of the work on the technician's phone. Would recommend for future work!

It was great. They were good. I have a contract with them. I also bought an extra from them; I got a sunroom so I bought a heat and air conditioning unit. I really liked them. There were times that my AC would not work because the people who mowed the lawn got it dirty and they come out and check that out and give me recommendations without trying to sell me things. They are really nice. I really like the company. I think they are very honest.

It went fine. They did what they came to do. The service was okay but I have since found other providers who give a higher service.

The technician arrived on time and checked the air conditioner. Answered a few questions and explained the results.

They called prior to coming out. Asked if they could even come a little earlier than scheduled - which was okay. Came inside and went right to work checking out inside system. Ran several tests. Went outside to check on outside unit and determine cause of some outside of normal results ranges from testing. Provided a suggestion for improving efficiency of unit. We agreed on a course of action and he completed the repairs.

Chris Wedekind spent considerable time with us when we were taking bids for the job. He answered questions and helped us determine what we needed. His bid was clear and detailed, The installers were competent, courteous, and efficient. They took time to answered our detailed questions about the new system. We were very happy with their work.

Everything went smoothly. The guys did a great job and my new furnace is so quite and heats the house quickly. I went with the 95% effecient 100k btu furnace and 3.5 ton 13 seer air condition by american standard. The men cleaned up after themselves and did a nice job.

They showed up on time, putting down drop clothes from the front door to the mechanical closet. They were efficient and hard working. Even making a custom drain pan as the standard one was too large. They worked hard and completed the install on time. Very satisfied with their workmanship.

It went very well-just like the Fall furnace inspection. Very detailed inspection and thorough explanation as to all findings presented by very professional technician. Would recommend Absolute Comfort to anyone at any time.

It was ok. Scheduling was fine and they were professional. They did tell us something was wrong with our furnace and wanted us to purchase a new one, but we actually didn’t need it.

Everything was done well as far as installation and timing. The product itself was probably not high quality.

When I called for an estimate, our water heater had started to leak. They were very responsive and I received the estimate for all the work I wanted done very quickly. I needed model numbers for the air cleaned, humidifier and water heater and they responded immediately. Scheduled a day for installation and they called 30 minutes before they arrived. Technician Kellen started work immediately and I kept checking periodically and I never found him to be taking a break or even eating his lunch!!! Worked very hard but could not get the humidifier to work. We were without heat and water for about 4 hours, but they got it all back on as soon as possible. Another technician came the next morning and finished up everything. They swept and cleaned up everything and explained to me how it all worked and should be maintained. Very professional and hard working technicians.

The humidifier is in and we are not certain if it is, or is not, working properly.

Fine. They seemed to be quick and efficient. I didn't have any dislikes to it. It has helped with our dry skin. No issues.

The technician was early to the appointment. He went right to work. It took about an hour and fifteen minutes. We were pleased with his professionalism.

It went extremely well--one of the very best contractors we have ever experienced. We will be signing a longer term contract in the Spring.

Installation went well. A few days later we noticed the hallway floor buckling. We thought we had too much humidity. decided to watch the problem. A couple of days later we were walking in standing water. We called, a service man came out. Told us furnace drain line was clear but it was not the humidifier. I ended up paying $1000. deductible to repair my floor, got a "hit" from then insurance company for filing a claim. The company simply would not take responsibility for whatever caused the ruined floor. The only thing different was the instillation of the humidifier. FYI The company that repaired the floor said that they get lots of calls for dripping humidifiers that ruin floors.

Great, all the way around. I felt I got a great value with timely and responsive service. I was in constant communication with the office and the tech. They made suggestions but there was no "up-sell" pressure that you can usually expect when you are taking advantage of a "coupon" type offer. The only additional items they were really strongly suggested were pretty much necessities. They worked with me on price since I was bundling a few things together. They also give a "cash" (non-CC payment - I paid in check) discount. Although I wasn't home, they were on time. The tech was a really nice guy and was very professional and articulate. Whether it was by Angie's List messenger/email, regular email, or by telephone, they were incredibly responsive. I would 100% use them again. No question.
