Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for an annual checkup/cleaning. The contractor arrived on time and completed the job quickly. He stuck around to answer some questions I had about potentially finishing our basement and how our current HVAC system would handle it. I appreciated his comments and advice, when he was only there to perform a cleaning.

Description of Work: We actually had Absolute Comfort install a new furnace once it was determined our original 16-year-old furnace was too costly to repair. Repairs were estimated at $1,100, due mostly to replacement parts for such an old furnace. New unit was "only" $2,213 (final installed cost), compared to a competitor's estimate of more than $12,000! We've already determined Absolute Comfort will be our heating/AC service provider from here on, and won't hesitate at all to recommend them to others. Very pleased!
