Fabulous! From the first call to the end of the job this company was top notch. Easy scheduling with Richard, Corey does wonderful plumbing work, and Chris educated us about everything we were doing and made recommendations that would be functional and cost effective. All the employees we met were professional and respectful. I completely trust this company with all my heating, cooling, and plumbing needs!

It was really good. They came out 2 weeks after I purchased it. They did a great job. The guy was really cool as far as filling me in on what was going on. I would use them again. I would use them for a furnace tune up in the winter. I would place a value in their professionalism.

My total bill was $554 of which I put $500 on a credit card. I am a widow on a fixed income. The thermostat & fan were installed & everything is working fine.

We were very pleased with Absolute Comfort's knowledge, prompt response, and pricing. To compare, our first quote was from a HVAC company in Westfield IN (Precision Comfort), for $1168 and a 4 week delay in installing it. In comparison, Absolute Comfort did the job in half the work time, half the money, and half the calendar delay. Our large geothermal system was fixed in 2.5 hours instead of the first estimate of 4 or 5 hours; it was fixed for $500 instead of $1,168; and finally- it was fixed on Dec 1 instead of December 14, which was the soonest that Precision could fit us in. (Not that the calendar delay of the bigger company is their fault. But thankfully, smaller companies are sometimes more able to accommodate needs due to their lack of "fame.") In our opinion, Absolute Comfort is an undiscovered gem. Kudos to owner Cris Wedekind, scheduler Richard Harvey, and the HVAC knowledgeable technician named Martin.

I scheduled a month in advance to ensure a specific date when both my husband and I could be home, and made certain they could come on that date. Somehow, they scheduled it for a different days, and had I not called to confirm the appointment, they would not have contacted me, or shown up on the correct day. However, once I called, they rearranged their schedule to do the installation on the original agreed upon date.

As expected. Technician was easy to talk to and did the work well.

Excellent! He was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He spent a bit of time going over everything and we felt like we got our money's worth. He took his time talking with us and gave some advice which we found helpful. We woud recommend this company.

The service guy arrived on time in the scheduled work. Was thorough in his work. Showed couple of issues in the furnace. In short, the appointment was smooth with no issues.

They did not do a lot of cleaning but I think that is because they are coming back to replace the heat exchange. He quoted me prices, I agreed to the cash prices. When they left we did to, so we could do our running. When I got back home, they had called and wanted to know if I wanted the job done. I called them the next day and said yes and agreed to the same prices. They said it takes three to five business day to get the parts. When a week had gone by I called the parts weren't in but they were going to send me paper work. I received the paper work on the seventh. They really order the parts on the 8th. The parts came in today and they will put it in on the 27th.

Arrived on time and performed service and tune up to our furnace.

This was a $39 big deal purchase and it worked out very well. The price and responsiveness was good. They told us our furnace needs to be replaced, but we just are not sure that is right.

Date of installation of new furnace is 12-9-15 & was not charged for cleaning. The following will explain. The owner of Absolute Comfort arrived on time & checked my furnace visually & with a camera to check the inside of the furnace unit. After finding multiple issues with my 26 year old furnace it was determined the furnace was beyond repair. No change for cleaning because the furnace could not be fixed or saved. I have a new 95% efficient furnace & I am very happy. The office personnel was very helpful & courteous. I will be a repeat customer with Absolute Comfort & Angie's List.

Everything went fine. Communication was prompt and they arrived as scheduled. I asked them to also check out our whole house humidifier as it wasn't starting up and they identified what the issue was. They quoted me a fix for it as well as a new unit. I ended up not going with the additional service, but I would certainly recommend them and consider them again if I need to have further work done on my HVAC system.

He was polite. He used zero tools and skill to misdiagnose my furnace. Shame on you Eric for even considering yourself a professional or serviceman. How many others would have just paid for a new motor only to learn their capacitor was still bad. How can you diagnose a problem with no tools or equipment. I have filed a formal complaint. This is using your title as expert to deceive and scam innocent people into overpaying for services not needed. Please beware!

Professional. Very friendly and helpful. Found cracked heat exchanger on furnace during inspection. Found issue with heat pump as well with a corroded wire that needed to be replaced. Lowered grade on quality as I would have hoped they would have offered to fix it while on site since he believed it would be covered under warranty. Did not fix it or leave any written documentation of his findings on either unit. Would have been very helpful for the process of getting second opionions and estimates on the furnace replacement process. (Currently in process of getting estimates to replace the furnace.) That was the only issue/frustration I had with this provider but would not hesitate to use in the future.
