Chris has provided some good advice over the 2 years I've been using them.

All the way from the diagnosis of the cause of the problem through the installation of the new pipe, Chris was very helpful in helping me understand what happened to cause the problem and exactly what they were going to do to fix. He and his crew were very courteous, knowledgeable and professional.

Prompt on arrival, never slowed down, were carefull of the antique nature of the home. Polite, professional, timely. Arrived when scheduled, went right to work and did not stop until finished. I will use them for minor issues in the future since they did so well on this major job.

The first time they came out 6/03/10, they did a diagnostic test to see why my a/c wasnt working. The technician said that he couldnt find anything and needed to come back to do a leak search. When he returned (6/08/10) to do the leak search, he found the leak in the limeset and gave me an estimate for the cost of repairs. (the quote to replace the lineset and recover system was $1095, orignially $1200 but was going to subtract the cost of the leak search.) The cost seemed too expensive and I asked if there wasnt any other way to repair the line without replacing the whole thing. He said that there really wasnt if I wanted it to be done right. I then decided to check around to see if I could get a less expensive way to get the leak fixed.

Absolute Comfort was easy to work with and we got an appt. quickly. They fixed our problem on the spot and went back their shop to get some parts to make sure our problem was taken care of that day. They were very professional and we'll use them again.

The overall project was excellent. Absolute Comfort promptly came to my home to not only inspect my home so that they could make recommendations, but also to listen to my concerns. They submitted their bid on the same day. After receiving three bids and doing my homework, it became clear that quality installation, knowledge and service would be the deciding factors. It was also clear that Absolute Comfort was the company for the job. Installation was done in a timely and neat manner. They took sufficient time to do the job right, paying attention to detail. I was a little concerned about how the new refrigerant line would look, but they did a great job in masking the lines by making the cover look very much like a downspout. They offered to install the ceiling fan, which definitely exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. They were very professional and courteous from beginning to end. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good heating/cooling contractor.
