The technician arrived on time to install the humidifier. The installation took approximately an hour. The technician was courteous and the humidifier worked well all winter.

Called on Friday to get an appointment for the Big Deal purchase and it was scheduled the following Monday from 8-10. That morning, I finally called at 10 to see where they were and they said they had the appointment from 10-12. I had to get back to work at that point but my husband was able to meet them on his lunch hour at home. The tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and best of all NOT pushy. He fixed a problem that he should have probably charged us for but didn't and filled our freon at a responsible rate. Here is the real kicker- the office called later that afternoon and apologized again for the misunderstanding of the time and they knew our time was valuable and they were going to send me a gift card to a local restaurant chain to help make up for it. I make mistakes all the time so I understand they happen I especially appreciated they understood that my time too was valuable. Overall it was a great experience and we will be using them again in the future!

Very pleased with the entire process. We talked to a few different plumbing companies about installing a water powered, back up sump pump. Chris seemed to have the most knowledge and was very professional. Their pricing was quite fair and the selling point for this project involved them installing a separate, discharge line for the back up pump. Every other plumber we spoke with was just going to connect the back up pump to the same discharge line used by the main pump. I preferred a separate discharge line for redundancy in the event the main line became clogged. They included this in the proposal at a price less than others who did not include the second discharge line. I would absolutely recommend their services.

This service call was made at 11:00 PM on a Saturday night of a holiday weekend. My A/C was not working and Chris arrived promptly, performed the diagnostic test, found the problem, replaced the capacitor and was done in 30 minutes. Very professional, courteous, efficient and reliable. I would recommend Absolute to anyone without hesitation.

Incredibly smooth and easy. They worked with us on the financing end of this too, which helped tremendously. Had an issue (by my doing) which I called and they walked me through it after-hours. The wife said the installers were great. Clean, respectable, friendly, and very trustworthy considering I am VERY protective of whom I let come into my house. Absolute Comfort has my business for as long as they'll have me! You won't regret calling them, trust me.

Chris came to my house and looked at my central air conditioning unit. He was nice and professional. The call was supposed to include a foam cleaning, which he said I didn't need so he didn't do it. He diagnosed a $300-$400 repair needed on the unit. He sent me a $25 certificate, but it can only be used with their company. I would prefer to have gotten all of the services advertised whether needed or not since I paid for them.

I was having issues with my old heat pump and my electric bill was costing me upwards of $900 in the winter months. I reached out to a couple of companies requesting consulting and quotes. Absolute Comfort was extreemly knowledgeable and detailed. I ended up selecting them because of their knowledge and fair price quote on all the services I had completed. The staff are all nice and are easy to communicate with. They always showed up and did the work when they said they would and completed the work on time as promised. They made sure to keep things clean and clean up after themselves. Since the installation finished I've noticed a savings of roughly 60% on my monthly electric bill. I couldn't be more happy with how everything turned out.

They replaced a part. I ended up spending more than I should have. The guy did not seem to do the right thing by me. He did have a service tech come out so I was able to make a better decision. Would I recommend them again? Probably not.

This was a very good experience. Obtained quotes from 2 other companies and went with Absolute Comfort based upon past personal experience, Angie's List and price quoted and manufacturer. Dain called 30 minutes before arrival. Did a walk through of all the things they would do and the sequence they would do it. AC and assorted parts arrived via a delivery truck a few minutes later. Chris arrived to help with the installation. Care was taken in protecting the flowers that were up near the outside unit. I was given a walk through by Dain when the project was completed about 4.5 hours later. He demonstrated how the disconnect worked, the UV light and the new digital thermostat. A larger drain line was put in to drain the condensation at the bottom of the A-coil. All trash as well as old equipment was removed from property and all debris was swept up and thrown away. A packet with all the accompanying paperwork was provided as well. It was a very smooth and professional job. I would definitely use this company again.

After tech left I went to look at it and it wasn't working. I called him and he stated that the bulbs are fragile and he would bring some to my house the following week. The following friday I still had not heard anything from him. I called and he said he would bring them on Saturday. He did not show up. Later in the week I noticed that he did not flip the correct breaker back on. I don't know if he even verified if it was ever working or he flipped it back off later for some reason. The bottom line is it has been almost a month since it was installed and as far as they are concerned it still isn't working. Very poor follow up.

Overall, I am Absolutely Happy.

The technician and my husband talked about installing a new furnace. A proposed cost was given after Ryan spoke to his office. The bid was the same as the one we eventually went with, however, my husband was did not satisfied with the level of detail provided.

Bought the Angie's list big deal for Furnace tune up plus install of carbon monoxide detector. Everything went well, they were prompt scheduling service. No problems to report. The tech was friendly, answered questions and knowledgeable. Was great with our 4 year old who constantly wanted to ask questions and "help." No pressure or pushy sales techniques to convince me that I needed a new furnace. Happy with the service, would use again.

I called in to make an appointment and expected to wait a while given there was an Angies List "Big Deal" in effect. I got lucky and was able to squeeze in a slot that someone else had vacated. They said the installer would come out between 12-2PM and call me 30 mins prior. This is exactly what happened, he called a little after 11:30AM and showed up around noon. The installer was very friendly and explained the process of what he was going to do in good detail. I went out several times while he was working and watched the process. He did excellent work even though my system turned out to be a bit of a challenge to make the humidifier fit between the air ducts and a wall that was very close. I was pleased to see they used quality materials, even though this was a promotional buy. They used metal ducts instead of crappy flex duct, which is terrible for smooth airflow. They also used copper tubing for the water line to the humidifier instead of cheap plastic tubing. He had it all done in probably 90 mins. The "Big Deal" was a special for $350 and the regular price for a whole-house humidifier installed was listed as $600. I called the company that originally installed my furnace, and sure enough they quoted me $600 for an install. So, I got a good deal but more importantly I got a quality product installed in a quality fashion. Can't ask for much more than that.

Excellent experience- very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Chris spent a considerable amount of time going over each furnace... he then took the time to point out to me some problem areas I have and was not aware of. One of the furnaces is almost 20 years old and has some serious problems- but without the thorough inspection (using a snake camera to look deep inside the system), I would have never known about the potentially dangerous problems. After Chris left, I felt compelled to call the office and tell them what I thought of Chris and his high level of customer service. Perhaps the most professional service experience I have ever had. BTW, the office staff are equally impressive. Would highly recommend this organization to anyone.

Absolute Comfort truly saved the day for my family last Thanksgiving break! My parents were staying at our house and the main drain from our house stopped. Our toilets wouldn't flush and sinks would drain and, as fate would have it, it was around 10:00 PM. My business has used Absolute Comfort on several different occasions and so, as a last ditch effort before going to a hotel, we called in hopes that he could perform a miracle that night. They were there within the hour. We had an old ceramic line that was clogged from tree roots. They were able to clear the line for us and replaced the line completely about a week later. The price was excellent for the quality of work we received and the work was very professional and well done. This is an excellent company.

The individual who performed the service was punctual and professional. The office staff that scheduled our service was also very professional and very helpful. The entire experience was excellent and the price was great for a company as excellent as Absolute Comfort. We have used them several other times in the past and they have become the first company we will contact when we have other needs in the future. You will not be disappointed with the service you receive. The management of this business is top notch and they will stand behind their work. It is such a relief to have a company we can trust to contact.

The work required repeated in/out of the crawl space & attic. There was no mess at the end of each work day despite on site fabrication of duct work.

Nate came on time and did a great job. I even gave him the wrong part number and he was able to locate and travel to find the correct part. I would for sure use him again if we have any other troubles. Our house is now back to normal thanks to Nate. My dogs were happy to have a/c again. Thanks Nate!!!

Absolute Comfort was first out a couple of years ago to do some plumbing work for me that included installing a new gas line and set of gas logs I wanted. That experience went so well I had them install a new kitchen sink and faucet. This also went very well! So then I decided to do a bathroom remodel. Let me tell you, they not only installed a new shower valve, toilet and vanity with sink/faucet, they also referred me to the best tile and drywall guys around. Naturally when my carbon monoxide detectors started going off I called Absolute Comfort. They responded immediately and found the problem. Unfortunately I needed a new furnace. I felt the complete system should be replaced due to the fact of the new refrigerants and age of my system. They were very helpful in my education during the whole process and kept me up to date. The thing I could say sticks out about my experiences with Absolute Comfort is they are always courteous, knowledgeable and safety cautious.
