Very well. Although Crhis the technician found hot spots in the heat exchanger, he used special equipment to examine the heat exchanger and found no cracks. He the took his time to explain to me what he had found and give me some recommendations.

It was a flawless experience. He showed up on time, explained everything, completely the job in a timely manner, and was very professional. It was an ideal experience. The value was incredible as well.

The service technician arrived on time, got the job done. When he was finished, he put the hard sell on to replace other equipment that worked 100% fine then and still works great. The control for the humidifier stays on even when the furnace/fan is not working. This dumps hot water from our hot water heater down the drain, without the benefit of being circulated into the air.

I will not use this provider again. When I bought the Big Deal for the whole home humidifier I expected to only have a short wait (weeks) to setup the install not 2 months! The bulk of the winter will be over by then, the whole reason for a humidifier. This provider needs better planning of resources.

Chris was very prompt and professional. Quickly tuned up and cleaned the a.c. unit and then ooked over our heating system and made recommendations for updating both systems in future. Will definitely use again.

They were able to pinpoint the issue and explain it to us in detail while at the same time not confusing us overall with technical jargon. They did not spend a lot of time with labor which was appreciated. They were able to get the part ordered and put into place in a very timely manner, and were very courteous to work around our schedule. I would hire them back in a heartbeat.

This was an Angie's list Big Deal we purchased to get a humidifier installed. The contractor was responsive and thorough. We have used this contractor for a furnace repair since the humidifier was installed, they were right about the furnace needing some repair.

I was extremely impressed by the courtesy and professionalism of the Installer, Dain. He was on time and work contineously until the job was completed. I observed the install and he explained what he was doing and why. The work of the ducting, water line, drain and electrical was extremely neat. We discussed what services his company does and options for on going maintenance. I was so impressed that they will become my heating air conditioning and plumbing service company of choice.

The install of the humidifier when great. The pre-summer and pre-winter turn up's is the problem I have.

The Big Deal was a classic bait and switch tactic. Without any qualifiers or conditions in the offer, they came out and said it would cost more money to install what was offered. They also said I needed to spend significantly money to replace part of the furnace unit and threatened that CO was coming into our home. All this time later, the CO alarm has not gone off. I declined and obtained a refund on the Big Deal.

My UV light had failed years ago and I had put it off. I saw the deal for $275 installed...Purchased the coupon and Absolute comfort quickly called to schedule and install date. We had to reschedule once but no big deal. They were very apologetic but it wasn't really necessary. Very understanding dispatcher. They came out on the rescheduled date and installed the uv light and all is well. Very professional. no problems as of now.

I have used Absolute Comfort on may occasions for my heating, cooling and plumbing needs. They are a very professional company and I really liked their technicians. They made me feel as if a friend was in my house and not just another service provider. Their staff was very professional and was very attuned to my needs. I have found that the cheapest company is not usually the best choice. I would rather pay a little more and have the equipment last a lot longer. Their staff provided me with very helpful information so that I could make the right choice. I have also found their service department to be very responsive to my needs. I would highly recommend Absolute Comfort to anyone. Once you use them once, you won't want to call anyone else.

The company came right away, even though I was a new customer. They needed to order a part, but rewired the it so it stayed on since I was having guest for the weekend and it was going to be very warm. They came back the next week and repaired with the new part.
