Absolute Comfort Plumbing Heating Cooling Geotherm

In all me years observing heating/cooling repair appointments I have never seen a company so thorough and ethical. Chris and his team are more than just fix-it contractors. Their prices were the best I found compared to any other companies that I called- Summers H/C, Airtron (who installed our system). They went the extra mile and thoroughly checked all aspects of our system even the parts they didn't have to. These folks in my opinion are the best H/C contractors in Central Indiana!

Technician arrived on time. He was knowledgeable, professional and did a nice install job.

The unit is working great and this is a great purchase! My cabinets and wood floors were cracking from my dry house and it is now a constant 33% humidity.

All went well, It was very cold and windy, the guys were great. They did all the basic work and then came back the next daya to do all the finish work.The leak was fixed. The office staff is amazing to work with, the company does the work they say they are going to do. I have used Absolute Comfort in the past and will continue to use them.

I had a humidifier that hadn't been working for some time. Had recently been given a quote from another company for around $800 so was happy for the special offer for less than half. The serviceman couldn't have been more helpful and courteous. One additional service he provided was extending the ductwork in front of my furnace in order for me to gain greater access to the filter. I'd complained about that since it's original installation and must admit that I've had other heating/AC companies do maintenance work but never offered to improve the situation. The serviceman was there for the humidifier, but met my furnace needs. In the past, I would almost have to fold the filter to get it installed, thereby almost rendering the filter useless.

Absolute Comfort arrived within the hour and definitely came to my rescue!! I had filled a large bucket of water coming from the water heater from the time I called and the time the serviceman arrived. I couldn't be happier by the attention I received and a special "thank you" to Chris who worked to get me taken care of, even on a Saturday, and prevented me from having to wait until Monday for hot water.

The owners were there during the time of the service. They spent about forty minutes cleaning the furnace. They did the job very carefully and they really care about their customers.

When the Absolute Comfort installer came, he realized he could not fit the unit we purchased into the required area. He told us he could install another (more expensive) model, if he attached it to the cold air end of the furnace instead of the normal way. After some further checking around, we decided to go in a different direction.

I purchased a Big Deal transaction through Angie's List for the purchase and installation of a whole house humidifier system. The service provider called me the day I made the purchase and scheduled the appointment. They arrived on-time on the day of the appointment and completed the work as specified in the daily deal. I am very pleased with the purchase and the professionalism of the service provider.

The furnace tune up went well. The rep was on time, knowledgeable, and polite

Great service, called 1/2 hour before arriving as they said they would, he was on time, worked quickly and explained how it worked in detail before leaving.

They were great, they contacted me to schedule the appointment, got me in within a few weeks, and were able to work with my weird schedule. Unfortunately when Dane came out he found that the because of the way my water heater, furnace, and duct work are set up that installing a humidifier would not be possible. Apparently this doesn't happen all that often and my home design is just a little funky in the utility room to now allow enough space. I was disappointed but appreciated the honesty and professionalism of this company and would recommend them to other customers because they are clearly focused on exceptional customer service. I had to return my BIG DEAL, but I would've loved to have done business with them had it worked out.

They came out and verified that the size of the unit would not fit in the space available. They apologized that the Deal wouldn't work and offered to be of any assistance in getting a refund. They were very professional and provided lots of followup. I scheduled an additional service while they were here, as well. They drained my water heater and did a check up.

They did what I expected. They were very professional.

I hired Chris of Absolute Comfort because I was extremely satisfied with a humidifier purchase and installation that I had purchased through an Angie's List Big Deal. Chris (the owner) responded to a call for a quote on the plumbing job. He came out and gave the quote, detailed in writing. I agreed and we scheduled the work. He showed up on time and did his work in a very clean and professional but very friendly manner. There were some minor problems but he took care of these immediately.

The technician did a thorough job of not only explaining all his cleaning and inspection steps, but also passed along several suggestions for heating system efficiencies. He also explained several 'self checks' that should be considered before contacting a service company. Other than the cleaning, no issues were found. The cleaning and system safety checks gave me a degree of assurance for the upcoming heating season.

I had no idea how long the repairs would take so I prepared as much as possible before the service was performed. I cleared out under the sink and bathroom cabinet. I bought 1 hour of service. I wanted my kitchen faucet replaced and bathroom faucet repaired. I had purchased the kitchen faucet. The work was done quickly, within 30 minutes, and done perfectly. My complaint with this company is their customer service. I was scheduled between 8-10 AM. After several phone calls I received service at 1:00. One mix up after another.

They called promptly to set up appointment. Chris was on time, very polite, did a thorough job and explained a few things about our water heater that we didn't know. Felt very confident after he left that we got a great service and will continue to do business with them in the future. A++++

Chris came out to review my HVAC unit, which was installed back in February by a different company. He was professional and wore show covers to make sure that no mud or snow was tracked into the house, as it was the Friday where we had the first bit of snow in December. He told me that the unit was in great condition and made me feel comfortable that I was maintaining it properly. Only "complaint" I would have is that the time range given was 8 am to 10 am and he arrived right about 10 am. But I had the day off of work so that wasn't a major issue. I look forward to the spring tune up!

The installers were quite professional, introduced themselves, laid down floor coverings so as to not mar the hardwood floors. After installation, they showed me the new thermostat and how it works. They also showed me everything they had done, which included a new flue. They cleaned up after themselves. There ended up being a small leak in the new pvc flue, but they came out immediately and fixed it. Would definitely use them again.

Wonderful experience. Representative called me the day after my purchase and set a date and time that fit my schedule. Installers showed up exactly as planned and completed work quickly. Both installers were very professional and friendly. I had to run out to an emergency during the installation and the installer offered to finish up and close my garage after he finished. He called me right before he was leaving and told me what to look for on the system and left the paperwork/manual next to the unit.

The furnace was difficult to get to. When they came to inspect it initially, they determined there was a lot of soot in the furnace. I was very worried about the amount of soot that would be around my house after this job. They cleaned the furnace prior to carrying it out and also used a drop cloth to prevent any mess on my floors. They completed the job very quickly - especially since I thought it was going to be a half-day job considering the difficulty. They were very courteous and professional. They were very helpful - showing me how to change the filters so that I didn't have to ask them to come back. Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. You couldn't find anyone nicer than the two ladies they have working in their office.

Everything was done in a prompt and efficient manner. Job well done.

All went well. I purchased the Big Deal furnace cleaning and that is what I got.
