Absolute Comfort Plumbing Heating Cooling Geotherm

Absolute Comfort Plumbing Heating Cooling Geotherm were good, as far as I know. About a month after they were here, I had a problem with one of my units and I called them, since they were the ones who had been here. They repaired a part for me then, too.

The technician arrived on time and did the work as stated within the deal. There were no issues and I was happy with the service.

The service was conducted on my rental home, and it was reported by the tenant that the company did a good job of cleaning and tuning up the A/C unit.

Chris Wedekind from Absolute Comfort Plumbing,Heating, Cooling and Geotherm arrived a little early of the scheduled time. Chris was very thorough and checked and cleaned my A/C. He did am excellent job of cleaning the outside unit. He also showed me spot on the controller card that a resistor was causing the board to get hot, but he did not try to sell me anything and advised that it could become a problem in the future. I plan on scheduling Chris to checkout the Heating this fall and since Chris is also a plumber, I currently have him scheduled to replace an outside fawcet next week. .

It went well the office called to let me know the technician was about half an hour away. He was courteous and seemed thorough, they had also installed a humidifier on our furnace last year and both times I have been pleased with their service and their work.

The company sent me an email prior to the day of service with a photo of the tech who would be coming to my house. We had a family issue and I had to move the appointment at the very last minute. They were so helpfull and managed to get to the house the same day. They were professional, pleasant and easy to work with. I will use them again without a doubt.

I used Absolute Comfort on two occasions. I knew the furnace in our house was needing to be replaced and got a couple of quotes. Absolute Comfort was similar in price with the other one, but I felt they were professional, honest and trustworthy. They did not try to pressure me into anything at all. The second time I called them was when our primary and backup sump pumps went out on a Saturday. They came out the same day and was able to replace both pumps the same day. Thankfully, the alarm in place allowed me to catch the issue before we had any water damage. If they had not been able to come out that Saturday, I would have definitely had some flooding issues.

Awesome experience by a very knowledgeable professional. I not only got was advertized in the BIG DEAL tune up special, I got an education with was worth a lot more than the 49.00 fee. I would hire these guys back for all my heating and cool needs.

I thought he was very capable and I did like the man who came out and his work!

It was ok. They were on time and I have no complaints.

They were very friendly and very honest. The deal was a good deal. Since my ac was clean, the company gave me a 25 dollar credit for next time.

I have the owner of the company perform the service. He is fantastic!!!! Very honest and I will never use anyone else for HVAC or Plumbing. He told me straight up what I was dealing with and worked hours that I did not pay for just to get the system working to get me through.

They did a fine job and we were happy with them.

Service appointment is scheduled for June, I will follow up with a more detailed review then.

Since the deal was for a small size home, I upgraded to a larger humidifier. He was knowledgeable about his products, prompt, professional, organized and neat. It works great and we would use them again.

Awesome experience! Chris is the text book definition of professional. He and one of his crew came and did the work in a timely and very quick manner. Very nice and clean people! Chris is exceptionally knowledgeable in his fields. He really cares about customer satisfaction and takes time to discuss all aspects of the job. Very pleasant person to be around and meticulous. I think I have found my Plumbing/HVAC/Geothermal business for future endeavors. Office personnel are very friendly and courteous also.

Absolute Comfort has been the first company I have called for issues that responds immediately. Today my sump pump went out and within an hour of calling the office, the owner was at my house with new one. Very pleased with how knowledgeable and efficient this company is. Chris has made it a priority to become a business with high regard to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for future problems.

Very unprofessional. Send them digital plans for a new house we are building for a full package HVAC and plumbing. Never heard anything back. Called two weeks later to see if they have a quote ready and it turned out right when i called they had to close the office early because who knows what, the guy just kept mumbling making cheap excuses. Than he tells me they are short on stuff and it looks like they would not be able to take over the project.

Very prompt and professional. We bought a Big Deal and received a gift card back because our AC unit did not need the service we prepaid for.

The guy came out to clean/inspect the heating/cooling system. He totally freaked me out and said we needed a new system and asked if anyone in the family had been feeling sick (from carbon monoxide)?! I have a 6 month old baby so this was very alarming to me. I think he scared me when in retrospect our situation isn't that bad. Yes, we need a new system but not that same day he came out - which is what he was implying. He also said he'd send me some estimates of purchasing a new system and I never received anything. It's funny, because at the time he had me so scared I would have probably purchased a new system from them but they failed to send me any information. We are in the process of purchasing a new system, but won't be using Absolute.

Very responsive and the technician was very informative regarding what type of furnace I had and how it should be running at optimal levels. He spent alot of time, was thorough and I will definitely us them again.

It is when something gets out of the ordinary that we can really see how much a company works towards customer satisfaction. I got to know Absolute through Angie's List. They had a deal on a humidifier. Before purchasing the deal I called Absolute to know about some of the details. After that I decided to purchase the deal. Unfortunately there were some communication problems and I was expecting something different than it actually was. Anyways, the people at Absolute took the time to solve the situation in the best possible way. Instead of just saying "I'm sorry", they took responsibility for the issue and resolved it. Installation was fast and professional, very satisfied customer.
