It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went well. They were easy to schedule with and they were flexible with their schedule. It was pretty easy.

Installed a humidifier on my furnace for the whole house. Very pleasant and professional to work with.

The service provider was very professional and after he found the gas leak was not pushy on selling more services. The house is a recent purchase and we have a home warranty. The provider gave us some advice on dealing with the warranty provider, and offered services only if requested.

The service has been great. He is honest and on time. He is a good guy and it is a good company to work with.

Absolute Comfort employees were all very professional and thorough from the initial contact through the excellent follow-up after the installation. Chris took the time to answer all our questions and make suggestions for a cost effective and efficient system that would meet our needs at a reasonable cost. The office staff were quickly and efficiently responsive to our requests for additional information in a pleasant and professional manner. We were very pleased during the installation--the installation team worked so quietly and quickly that we were able to continue our daily routine without interruption. After a thorough lesson in how to use our new system they disappeared without leaving anything behind. It was as though they had not been here working all day. The new system is so quiet the first night we woke up wondering if the power had gone out because we didn't hear the system working! No, it was working great--we just had to adjust to a quieter and more efficient system. We had a very pleasant experience and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a new heating or A/C system.

They contacted me immediately to schedule a time for the services and they were incredibly gracious and flexible as I had to reschedule twice before the services were performed. The technician arrived during the scheduled time and was courteous and thorough. He explained portions of the system that were not standard on other systems. The technician identified two additional problems that could potentially cause larger problems with the system. He provided the additional costs immediately and asked if I would like them to make the repairs. The costs were reasonable and I contracted with the company to replace 2 leaking hoses, an oversized filter and a tune up for the attached humidifier system. The main office contacted me quickly to schedule the repairs and I anticipate the same level of service as the original appointment.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out very well. I would not use them again, becase I have one heating contractor that I have been with 50 years, and I will stay with them. I used them because they had a good deal, and I ran it by my contractor, who said they couldn't match the deal.

It went well. My home is only two years old so he just checked to make sure everything was working properly.

They called me a day after I purchased the deal but I didn't use them until September. They did what they said they were gonna do. They were very polite, very accurate. I used them before to do my air conditioner and I liked what they did so I contacted them again.

The technician called first and showed up on time, worked quickly, and was very nice. The unit was fine, he cleaned it with the hose and I got the remainder of my fee in a gift certificate because he said it really didn't need a chemical clean yet. Would use them again.

The second time around was a charm. He came in, fixed the toilet and made recommedations on other plumging issues that we were having.

The deal was great! He came out and serviced my heating and air conditioning unit. He was on time to the appointment, he was very friendly, and provided helpful hints. He did not try to over sell me on services I did not need which I greatly appreciated.

As far as I know, it went fine. I did ask him to show me the cracked one which he did. Polite and professional. I used the $25 coupon from first visit. He had been with Absolute comfort only 3 wks. He left to go get a certain silicone that was not on his truck. instead of using what he had which he thought would not be best. Chris, the owner, came out for the AC tune-up. He did not "find" anything to up the cost. I knew there was a problem with the freon but didn't tell him. He did eventually find that. I needed 4 lbs of freon at $39 / lb. He did suspect the cracked collection box on the furnace because of rust stains. Chris explained he likes to hire people without previous experience at other companies because they have been trained to do things he doesn't want them to do. He also said he has new techs ride with him awhile to train them. The tech today had never ridden with Chris and did come from another company. The tech explained they are just really busy now, and that he is supposed to ride with Chris at some point. This will be the company I use for all my heating and cooling needs in the future.

It went well, the serviceman was prompt and professional. He told me we had a resistor out on it so I will see what the other company tells me when they service our furnace this fall.
