Description of Work: They came out and went right to work on installing the uv Light Filtration System on the furnace. I will need the to come out every year to change out the UV Light. It was a quick install and I am very pleased with the out come.

Description of Work: We had an electrical surge which caused our ac to stop working. I called Absolute to take a look. He was out later that afternoon. He quickly identified the problem as a blown capacitor. I asked him to go ahead and fix it. He was finished within 10 minutes. Very polite and courteous.

Description of Work: Company came out to asess the need for a whole house humidifier (an Angie's list deal). The company rep (sorry cannot remember name) said that what he had to offer would honestly not offer any greater advantage over our current system, So no work was performed. He was nice enough to point out a place in my furnace where there was rust starting from a bad connection of a condensation drain pipe. Suggested I contact the people who had been servicing our furnace( for 5 years) to remedy the situation which was Service Experts - Broadripple Heating . Based on the honesty experienced above I will plan to use this company in the future.

Description of Work: While doing the inspection he noticed a worn part that could affect the overall performance of the unit. He said it wasn't something that had to be replaced, but wanted to bring it to my attention. I decided to go ahead while he was there to have him replace the part.
