They arrived when they said they would, and first called to confirm they were enroute. An extensive rewire was needed, which involved running wire from our circuit breaker box up into our attic and down through a wall and crawl space to insert a three prong outlet in our kitchen. Dry wall was cut in four places. The dry wall was all neatly replaced and secured with screws. They cleaned up when they finished.

Tom and Chad were extremely professional. They arrived on time (actually called me at work with 1/2 hour window). They explained everything they were going to do and showed me the materials they were using. They noticed some electrical work in the attic that wasn't safe and fixed that too. I am extremely satisfied and will have them out again to work on my outside lights.

We are putting a small patio in the front yard, but there was wiring for the outdoor lights running under that location. Before digging to lay the patio, the wiring needed to be rerouted around it. We also wanted to move where the transformer was, from in front of the house to the side where it is less visible from the street. Finally, to improve the patio space, we wanted to install a new AC outlet. Aaron's Electric came out to better understand the work and gave a free estimate. They were beyond professional. The quote was considerably higher than the others, but I was confident they had a perfect understanding of the work and gambled that the extra money would be worthwhile. I was not disappointed. The crew arrived on time with two trucks. The quote actually included a brand new, higher capacity transformer, so I could double my outdoor lighting in the future. The transformer also contained a digital timer and a light detector to automatically turn on at night. The wiring was rerouted and they installed the AC outlet. I was so pleased with the service that I asked for a couple more quotes on some other projects around the house before they left. The entire process was done by lunch. I am very happy.

Tom and Chad are terrific. They did the work I requested, pointed out some other issues that I might consider in the future. However, the trouble-shooting was done in an informational way - i didn't feel like they were "selling" more work. I have a decent understanding now of a few more things. At my request, they took the time to run an estimate. They're honest, nice men - definitely the kind of folks I want to do business with.

Jim got right to the issue and did the trouble shooting... It seemed to take a long time but there were lots of connections that had to be evaluated. There was some previous work that needed to be cleaned up in the process. Although he ultimately could not fix the problem, this portion of the trouble shooting had to be done in order to even know to contact the pool cover people to deal with the cover motor. I had a low voltage light that was not working. Jim fixed that in short order and made a couple recommendations to make that lighting more effecient. While he was here I got an estimate on some other work that I will probably have done in the near future.

I called Aaron's after my house was hit by lightning. I called Jim one day and his guys were out here the next afternoon as scheduled. They worked quickly and checked out anything that could have been damaged. They explained what was wrong, what they would do, and gave me all of the damaged goods to show my insurance company. They found a severely damaged wire in the garage wall that could have caused a fire. I was very pleased with the experience.

Jim called in advance to let us know he was on the way. I have used his services in the past and he does a great job. Jim and his partner removed the old chandelier and prepared to install the new one. Once installed we noticed the chandelier was crooked so Jim took the time to adjust the unit accordingly until it was straight. It looks great!

We had aluminum wiring in the house and had to basically re-wire the whole house. It got behind the fuse panel since there were some shoddy wiring there and that was some extra work that they had to do. It was originally quoted at $5000 to $6000 and ended up in some trouble and that is when we had them fix the whole thing. Aluminum wiring was not good so we replaced with copper ones. They were very knowledgeable. They do not shoddy work, they make sure they do it right. They came into the house and conducted themselves very professionally. There were no problems. They were very friendly and they did not mind but stood and talked to us. They are nice people to work with. Price wise they were pretty high.

They were fast, on time, and efficient. I got an estimate from a different company and Aaron's was a lot better price.

Discovered that ground wires had been cut from our stove and our air conditioner, in violation of code. Took a while to discover (house has had 3 inspections previously and it had never been caught), but once they did, did a great job of showing the issue to my wife and explaining what was done and what they would do to make it correct. Were neat, clean, timely and thorough.

Very professional. Gave me suggestions and things to look for. I highly recommend this company.

I read reviews on him. Otherwise I wouldn’t have gone with him. I had to have the electrical work done before the plumbing was done. My experience with him was good. He works with nice guys and is responsible. He does a good job. His price was probably not low but it was 10.29expensive, but it was worth it because he does good work. It’s obvious he knows what he’s doing and he does a good job. I get what I pay for. He’s thorough and that stands out the most. He does a complete job and he makes sure it’s done right.

They fully diagnosed my electrical issue. The house was not grounded somehow, which I am guessing happened from some previous plumbing repairs. They were here all day long, but were actively working and took time to explain everything. They wanted to make sure the situation was safe and installed a second ground rod for the house. We have two electrical panels in the house and they made sure everything was grounded and running properly. There pricing was also very fair.

They were fantastatic!! Very efficient & explained in full the details of what they were going to do. They also gave me good suggestions on my outlet uses. The men were friendly but professional. They included me in every step of what they were doing. I would recommend Aaron's Electric to anyone in a heart beat!!

They are okay. Scheduling an appointment is good and they were here within the hour. There were two people here doing the work and a foreman showed up also.

Our Old 70's house needed panel and wiring replacements and upgrades. Jim Carpenter arrived and reviewed the entire house: attic to basement and crawl space. Created detailed quote that included additional improvements and upgrades to comply with current Carmel code. The actual Job took approx two weeks. All three are licensed electricians (no helpers, no subs). Very helpful with my questions. Very happy with the work. Prompt, knew what to do and how to do it with out any mess and completed work when they said. It doesn't get better than that. Look forward to having them out on any new projects. Thanks...

I had power go out to both my bathrooms one evening and called Aaron's Electric the next morning. Due to a rainstorm they had a crew free that afternoon and they were able to fix up my problem that day. It took a bit of trouble shooting but the techs from Aaron's Electric found my problem and fixed it. They were very professional and prompt. I would recommend them to anyone.

Same day service - within hours. Agent (Brent) came in, took one look and knew the problem. I should have known,, but had forgotten. He clarified all, suggested future steps to be taken. Very nice, very professional, very quick. (Power surge due to semi knocking out a pole!)

Jim came out and did exactly what I had wanted. He was able to give me an Angie's List discount. He is personable and willing to get the extra step to make sure you are happy with work. He did the work quickly and efficiently.

Jim diagnosed the attic fan problem quickly and replaced it with a motor and thermostat he had with him in his service vehicle. The new attic fan works well and is activated by a functioning thermostat so it is not constantly on all summer long. Jim also swapped out a porch light fixture for us and advised us about how to deal with a faulty vanity light fixture in our half-bath. Jim was punctual, easy to talk with, professional, a good listener, and a genuine expert. We would definitely hire him again to do electrical repairs and work around our house.
