Aaron's Electric

Jim, Brent and Tom were great to work with today. They were wonderful about some additions to their workload for the day, and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. They definitely are about doing the best possible work and also about pleasing the customer. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work of any kind. Their work ethic is so welcomed. Nearing the end of the day, Jim took on the job of finding a hidden junction box in a wall and did not give up until he found it. While doing so, he also found where a cable outlet had been drywalled over when the house was built and pointed it out to me and now I know where it is if needed. Their clean up is fabulous! I have a few more projects for them, and look forward to working with Aaron's again.

It was great. I called and set up an appointment for the following week to have someone come out and see what I wanted done. I received an estimate in a timely manner and had the work done within a week of the time I notified them that did want them to do the work. One of the things I wanted done turned out to be problematic. I was glad the issue was addressed. A company that had come out previously noted the obstacles involved but seemed to offer quick fixes and ways to get around things rather than real solutions. I ended up not having this particular work done; it was simply too expensive. I did have Aaron's do the install of the bathroom exhaust fan. I was called first thing in the morning to let me know they were on their way. Upon arrival they greeted me and got to work promptly. They finished in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. I was very happy with the job that was done. Though this was stated clearly on the estimate so it was not surprise, but I was charged 5% of the final cost to pay by credit card. This would not stop me from using them again.

They were great. They brought a team of three guys and were quite efficient and timely with the service. The guys were punctual and professional, leaving us satisfied with the work. After discovering that my chandelier would need to be rewired in order to extend the chord, they offered to come back and install it for me, free of charge, once I completed the wiring for the chandelier.

Called him and got a call back within an hour. He had a chance to come out within 2 hours and was great to work with.

I called to schedule and he said they have somebody in the area and they came right out. That was within a half an hour and it was taken care of. I was going to have it installed in one place where I thought it would be easiest and the electrician made a suggestion which was much better. So it worked out. It was good. They were very tidy.

I have used this company in the past and I will ALWAYS use them in the future. I spoke with the owner this morning and made an appt. for tomorrow. In a short while he called me and asked if we could move the appt. to this afternoon. I was very pleased to have such a rapid response. The two gentlemen who came out also came out in early summer. They are extremely helpful, informative and professional. My old lights are gone and the new ones look so much better! I asked if they could check some can lights on the front porch (15 feet up!) and they took care of them. I think the price for all they did was more than reasonable. I recommend this company to anyone who need the services of an electrician.

Everything was great. I liked working with them.

They seem to be fairly upfront. They were upfront to what had to be done and cost of it. I needed some more work done, more electrical boxes to put in. I have a pump on the house, I have an electric heater, they said I need another outlet for that which is more stronger because the standard 220 was too weak for that but I haven't had that done yet.

We called several Electricians and Jim with Aarons was the 1st to call us back. We had some sort of electrical surge that fried our A/C unit, Stove, and Dishwasher. Jim came out the very next day after we called to do a whole house inspection for safety. They were very prompt, courteous, and informative. They did what we needed and did not try to upsell us on services that were not necessary. Great job guys! You will be our first call if we need work in the future A++

They are pretty professional and I felt like they explained details of the quality of their work, whey they were doing, what they were doing and what the issues would be to do, other options. I think they were little bit more expensive than other people. I would use them again.

I contacted Aaron's Electric last week and we scheduled an appointment for the next Tuesday. They arrived at the time indicated and were very professional. Jim quoted us a price and we felt it was fair and they did the work right then. They moved everything, put tarps down and began working. They let me know when they ran into a slight problem and Jim was able to fix it. Clean up was great. They were very good Definitely will use them again.

Called provider to make an appointment for troubleshooting a problem and install an outlet. He provided me with a minimum service charge number and two time slots to come out. Later in the day he had a cancellation so he said he would come sooner. A team of two came and assessed the problem in the kitchen within minutes and provided me with a quote for the electrical outlet installation for TV above fireplace. Access was provided through the attic for the new outlet routing. The existing TV had to be removed from the wall, cables disassembled, new electrical outlet installed and re-installed the TV. The job was completed within two hours. They were professional and courteous.

The electrician arrived on time and did the work efficiently. He explained each step as he was doing it and was able to find the power source and disconnect it quite quickly.

When I called Aaron's for an estimate, Jim Carpenter, the owner, set up an appointment quickly. Before coming to my house he called to let me know he would be arriving in about 30 minutes. After contracting with him, he did this each day before arriving to start the work. His job estimate was detailed and explained exactly what he would be doing. When I asked him if there would be any changes to the amount once the job started, he said that figure would be the exact amount for the completed project. I liked it when he said I might be able to find someone to do it cheaper, but I would not find anyone that could do it better. After contracting with Aaron's, the work was started quickly and the job was completed in a timely fashion. Jim's workers, Tom and Brent were professional and had some helpful suggestions for the job. I was very satisfied with the experience and would hire Aaron's again and would recommend them with confidence.

They were very professional, nice, and accommodating. They found problems that the original builder had completed incorrectly. They were very knowledgable and did an excellent job with the services performed.

The electricians that came to the house were professional and friendly. They explained how and why they were doing the installation. This put me at ease with the decisions that they asked me to make for the installation. They finished the project in a resonable time period and were very careful with clean up. I was very happy with the work done.

I called around to several different companies to get price quotes for the fans we needed. I called Aaron's Electric and spoke with Jim. He was very nice and the quote he gave was very doable for us. Jim was able to schedule the work for the same week. Very impressed so far. Tom and Brent showed up on Friday at 8:15am and they were very nice. They took the time to explain things to my husband and I and answered our many questions about electrical work. The quote they gave us for the flood light was very reasonable and so they installed that as well. My husband wanted 2 heavy duty outlets installed in the garage and didn't think they could do it the same day. But they graciously did! They were the nicest people/company to work with and I highly recommend them!!

Wonderful service. Very friendly and kind. Not only performed the service, but checked to see why the GFI was malfunctioning on us. Sealed up the cover on the outlet so water hopefully won't continue to go into the GFI. Absolutely would call again.

Phone contact was very responsive, scheduled inspection and provided quote at my convenience. Job was done in appropriate level of time. Kept me informed on parts availability to schedule doing the work as soon as possible. Work crew was extremely professional, efficient and did an excellent job. Would be my first call to have any additional electrical work done.

He was honest with repair. He told me exactly what they were going to do. He showed me what the problem was and explained it in layman's term.

Excellent service - scheduled appt very next day, timely arrival, two repairmen came, they were very efficient and diligent and very polite and courteous.

We were very impressed with Jim Carpenter and his Aaron's Electric company. We needed a whole house surge protector installed and Mr. Carpenter was an obvious choice, not due to low price but due to professionalism and obvious "pickiness" on how the job should be done. We wanted a picky electrician. He found a problem with our electrical panel, and let us know about it (It was not a serious issue, but one that could cause us to be without power for a few days at some time in the next year or five years). In no way was he pushy that the problem needed to be fixed right away nor was he demanding that we should hire him to do the job. Mr. Carpenter installed the surge protector and then we had him also installed a new electrical panel. If you want a professional perfectionist and picky Electrician, this is the guy to hire for the job. We were happy we did.

All the work was done professionally and in a timely manner. Jim scheduled a timely estimate and called the morning the woks was done to confirm that they were on their way.
