+ 1 moreI will Use 2 B for my water heater, water softener, and any general plumbing. They find the real problem , and make sure the customer gets the necessary work finished.
Description of Work: Derek and Terry have done multiple jobs , they istalled my water softener for $40 , I was told I needed a new water heater and they fixed it for a fraction of the bigger companies the latest job provided was fixing my leaky water gauge. I was quoted $1,500 to cut the pipes and reinstall the water gauge. Derek instead found the real problem which were old bearings. Hewent and got new baerings and fixed it that day for $175.

+ -1 moreVery well. We feel confident we now have a reliable sump pump and back up system.
Description of Work: We had been given estimates to compare and were very pleased with Derick's research and recommendations. He discovered a newer updated model of the same sump pump and back up unit was available than the original one we had been considering and was able to do the work for a much more competitive price than our original estimate. He was prompt and professional. He was also able to make good recommendations for other subcontractors for us to consider as we were completing our basement project.
