No issue with quality of work or equipment. However, Near impossible to get them to respond to a message or a phone call. On more than one occasion I needed to contact them about finishing. It took 5-7 days of daily phone messages to even recieve a call back. Took about 3 months to get completed rebate applications completed.(it may be too late) Still waiting (two weeks) for delivery of promised air registers leaving holes in walls of new rooms recently added to home. Normally a very patient person here, but patience has run out. Regret doing business with them.

The said my furnace couldn't be repaired. I got 2nd opinion took 15 minutes & they said it could be fixed. 2 parts later my furnace was fixed

Once the problem had been diagnosed it was just a rusty burner port, so they cleaned it and tested it to make sure it was working. I was charged for the diagnoses and the cleaning of the furnace.

This is my 3rd experience with the company. They have always been prompt, professional, reliable and honest. I feel they are an experienced company with high values on customer service. It's a rare find to have such a great company near me. They treated me with respect and explained all they were doing and what could be done. They did not try to sell me something I did not need. They explained the problem and gave me options and not a sales pitch as others would. I appreciate customer service, as it seems a little lacking in today's world. I will continue to use them as needed, which is the best review I could give.

They were very professional and very knowledgeable of my hvac system. Explained everything to me and didn't try and sell me something I didn't need. I was very impressed with them and highly recommend them to my family. I felt taken care of in a way a customer should be treated, with respect and honesty about my hvac. I'm glad I've found my new hvac service team.

They did all the paperwork filing for the loan and rebates, all I had to do was sign. They were very easy to work with too.

David Carlile arrived as scheduled and did a complete inspection of my furnace and whole house humidifier. The humidifier had been disconnected because it was not functioning correctly. Dave was to call me with quote on a new humidifier but he stopped by later in the day and said he had called the manufacturer and they had given him a suggestion. He made a couple of adjustment and the humidifier has run perfectly since then. David is very professional and friendly. He recently returned for the air conditioner inspection and again was very professional. I plan to renew my annual agreement for next year.

Office called and rescheduled when bad weather and road conditions necessitated a schedule change. Repairmen were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Repair was completed quickly.

I turned on my furnace for the first time this heating season and the temp soared and would not come done unless I turned off the heat. Service was very prompt, responsive and well priced.

He is very prompt, considerate and did a good job. We were very appreciative of his service.
