+ -1 moreDarlene has worked for me for several months now. She is always on time, and if she needs to be late or reschedule she always calls me to let me know. She is always very polite and trustworthy. She is very reasonably priced and cleans thoroughly.
Description of Work: Housecleaning: vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning mirrors, changes bed linens, empties trash, cleans floors, etc. She will also do extra things, such as clean wood floors or wood cabinets.

+ -1 moreDarlene and helper have always been on time, have done everything promised and more. Is very honest and personable. Does good and consistent work. Loves kids and dogs. Does her work in a timely fashion. I have nothing negative to say about her. We will be using her for a long time to come.
Description of Work: Weekly housecleanig, dusting sweeping and mopping. Cleaning all 5 of our bathrooms. General housecleaning.

+ -1 moreI HAVE A HIGH STANDARD FOR HOUSEKEEPERS. SHE COMMUNICATES SCHEDULE AND EXTRA NEEDS AND IS ALWAYS ON TIME. SHE LOVES MY DOGS AND DOES THE TOPS OF THE DOORS WITHOUT BEING ASKED (LITTLE THINGS THAT YOU WOULD SEE AT SOME POINT).....WHEN ASKED, SHE WILL DO THINGS OVER AND ABOVE WHAT WAS IS EXPECTED (WINDOWS, LAUNDRY-EXTRA CHARGE). ALSO, WHEN ASKED, WILL INCORPORATE THINGS INTO THE CLEANING THAT I WANT DONE OR THAT NEED SPECIAL ATTENTION. GREAT WITH ANTIQUE FURNITURE, ART, AND PRECIOUS ITEMS...NOT TO MENTION DOG HAIR (GOLDEN RETRIEVER). WHEN IN DOUBT, SHE ASKS. SHE IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE FOR ''EXTRA'' CLEANING BEFORE PARTIES AND GUESTS. SHE IS THE MASTER AT CONSTRUCTION CRUD AS WELL. SHE IS PROFESSIONAL AND VERY FRIENDLY. TWO YEARS SHOULD SAY IT ALL.
Description of Work: DARLENE HAS DONE BI-WEEKLY AND WEEKLY CLEANING FOR BOTH THE LAKE HOUSE AND THE HOUSE IN INDIANAPOLIS FOR 2 YEARS. THE PRICE IS FOR A SIZEABLE 3 STORY VICTORIAN HOME. SHE DOES WINDOWS AND LAUNDRY AND CLEANED THE BEAMS 35' IN THE AIR EXTRA CHARGE, OF COURSE....GREAT WITH CONSTRUCTION MESS.
