Description of Work: They removed 3 large,12'+ Arborvitae shrubs, 1 large mature Ash tree, and 1 white pine tree; the stumps were ground out on the two trees. They also trimmed up a Birch tree. They did an excellent job! All workers onsite were very professional.

Description of Work: Took down and removed two HUGE trees in the backyard. The trees were cut up and removed, very quickly and neatly. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: We had storm damage from a large oak tree. A large branch split from the tree and barely missed the house. we also needed two trees in from trimmed to remove 5 large branches. Also needed some work on a couple of other trees. We were extremely pleased with every aspect of the service. I was amazed at how efficient they were. cleanup was a lot better than I would have done. The entire crew was very professional and amazing. This is the first time we needed to hire somebody to trim trees and weren't sure what to expect. Not only would I recommend his service he already removed a tree for my next door neighbor. |Very highly recommended!!!

Description of Work: I hired A-Cut-Above to remove two trees from my rental property and to cut some of the limbs into fireplace length pieces for the outdoor fire pit. I was dissatisfied for several reasons. They left a large piece of the trunk lying hidden behind a privacy fence rather than hauling it off the property. One of the limbs fell on a chain link fence and damaged it. They also left that where it fell and finally, they cut the limbs into 1 foot to 4 foot pieces - much too large for a fireplace. After calling the owner multiple times, he finally, about 5 month later, came out and cut up the limbs. Admittedly, he had had an accident and was hospitalized for part of the time but I feel he could have sent someone to complete the job. | |Overall, I was very disappointed in the lack of supervision and the delays in response - I feel I was overcharged for a lackluster job.

Description of Work: They cut down a very large tree and also removed the stump. They cleaned up all the limbs and also trimmed up another tree for me. I am very pleased with their work.

Description of Work: They told us 3 to 5 weeks back in June. As of some time in August they had not even called us. We called them and as of 9/17/14 we have not even received a response. When I shake someone's hand and agree to a job, I follow through. Considerable lack of professionalism.

Description of Work: I had a tree fall in my lot into an elderly neighbors yard, and another large tree limb was ready to fall also, which was something Eric pointed out to me. He did a wonderful job cutting down the tree, and well as the one that had fallen.
