Description of Work: Seal Tech was hired to paint the ceiling of my porch. There was a tremendous amount of scraping to be done and the owner, who gave me the estimate, was aware of that fact. Bottom line, the paint started to peel within days. It took many, many phone calls to the owner before he would to come out and look at the mess that was created. However, after several weeks of being put off, he did come out, scraped a few places and reprimed those spots. He did not repaint the porch. Basically, I threw away $1,200.00 and will have to have it painted by a professional in 2015.

Description of Work: Ray sealed our long driveway, sidewalk, porch, and pool decking. It was a very large area. He was very thorough in the power washing and sealing. He is very meticulous. I would use him again.
