He came out to the house within 48 hours of my calling him. He moved his bucket truck into place, although it was difficult to access. He had to pull into the yard and up on a concrete patio. He was very careful not to damage the gazebo nearby. He was able to remove the limb without mishap. When he left, you would never have known there was a truck in the yard. He is an owner operator and there is a high demand for his services. I found him on Angie's List and hesitated because a previous customer had suggested he didn't respond quickly enough. However, given the fact that there was a potentially dangerous situation, with the limb potentially falling further and causing damage, he was very conscientious in addressing the situation quickly and competently.

It went good. They were very accommodating.

Arrived on time. Did job and cleaned up afterwards. Pleasant to work with.

They were highly recommended by Angie's List. Reliable Tree Service is real nice and they have real good people.

As a Master Gardener, I can tell Steve knows his stuff. He is that rare combination of good and cheap. However, you have to have some patience. We waited about two months before he was able to get to us. We did not have an emergency situation and he was worth the wait.

When I called them they came right out and gave the estimate like the next day. They were responsive but it took forever for them to come out and do the work like three or four months. They were punctual. They showed up when they said they were going to show up. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

Our trees needed some attention in the area of pruning and dead limb removal. We had one small dogwood removed because it was dwarfed by a much larger maple in our yard. Once this team arrived, they worked in a professional and consistent manner; giving us peace of mind about the health of the remaining trees, and assisting us with a last minute request to remove ALL landscaping from the front our house (planted by the previous owners). We are elated with the outcome of the trimming, etc. and happy to have a and quot;clean slateand quot; where we can begin fall planting!

Service was excellent, took 2 days to complete the whole job. They brought large trucks and a cherry picker to access the very tall trees in my yard. I wanted to keep the trunks for firewood, so they chopped it up into manageable sizes and left them near my firewood pile. They would have removed the wood entirely if I had wanted them to. They did an excellent and thorough job, and advised me that I wouldn't need maintenance work for another 3-4 years, so I appreciated Steve's honesty.

They removed the trees and cleaned up afterwards. Mr. Shepherd was very responsive in returning my phone calls. The only negative comment that I can think of is that I had to wait a couple of weeks longer than expected for his crew to come out and remove the trees. Due to the location of the trees in proximity to my house, they were not able to grind up the stumps without potentially damaging the house. They reduced their bill accordingly.

Reliable Tree Service was great. Steve came out and gave me what I considered to be a really reasonable estimate of $125 to remove a dead tree and a hideous prickly bush from our yard. After some delays from weather and other jobs, Steve and company came out and took down the tree and bush quickly and thoroughly. They not only cleaned up their own worksite, but they also cleaned up the dead limbs my husband and I had piled up from trimming bushes ourselves in the previous few days. They even asked if they could cut a limb from a neighbor's tree that had grown over and was scraping our roof, and they didn't charge extra for that. I'm really happy with their work and would definitely work with them again.

Call was made mid-week, and contractor was able to schedule tree removal the next weekend. Contractor came on agreed date and removed tree and all cuttings. Lawn was left clean. I was not there to witness tree removal, but was very satisfied with the results.

They are trained arborists so they are really expert at diagnosing diseases. The tree that was struck by lightning was rotten inside so it was real tricky to take it down. They ground the stump and left the grindings but they took away all of the wood from the tree. My husband used this company to treat a tree at work because they were the most reasonably priced.

Returned call promptly. Received estimate promptly and was put on schedule. Cleaned up all limbs -- even ones that were laying around before they got there!

I called them a couple of weeks ago and I asked them to send me a copy of the insurance and they did it right away. I had to make several calls for them to come out. I don’t know if they forgot about it. When they came out they did a great job. They were quick and left the area very clean and did a nice job. Reliable Tree Service was substantially less expensive than another company from whom I got a quote. The work went very well and they had followed up several times.

I have used this company twice before and they always do a great job.
