+ -1 moreRyan made two trips to my home due to water leaking from the bottom of my dishwasher. The first trip he diagnosed the problem and the second trip he replaced the parts. All I can say is, I was very impressed with the service he provided! He took his time to explain the problem and gave me other tips on how to maximize my dishwasher to get the best results. He was great!! The few times I called Pate Appliance, they were helpful, courteous and friendly. I recommend Pate to anyone needing repairs done to their dishwasher. I couldn't be more satisfied!!
Description of Work: Replaced front control panel and rollers (track) on top rack.

+ -1 morePate was very professional during the quote and repair process. They told us that the job would be very quick and that the current wiring does not pose any risk. The price and speed of service was great. They did the job as requested and did not push or suggest any other repairs.
Description of Work: House inspection found ground and neutral wires double tapped at the buss bar in the electrical panel. Pate was hired to separate these wires.

+ -1 moreThey were very responsive in putting up our Christmas lights. However, there was no follow-up to problems. Part of the lights are out and some are falling down, and they haven't called me back. They charge a separate fee to remove the lights, which I don't like.
Description of Work: They came out and put our Christmas lights up.
